It's the lowest and lamest thing they could have done in Costa Rica! The minister and vice minister of Justice leave the country to pay a visit to some friends of theirs and their substitute commands his subordinates to go watch a movie but not in a public conference room of sorts but in the theater in the daytime when they are supposed to be working!!
What the hell are they thinking??
I was gonna criticize Costa Rica once again for letting criminals scam people with ease, but then I learned about the scammers' identities and realized they are Americans not Costa Ricans!!
US$10 million is just way to much money for a couple of crooks!
