I noticed that curently Portal & Portal 2 are on a ridiculously low price deal and usually I'd buy it without hesitation, however I have had to spend so much money on things reruired for school that i simply do not have the 6,24€ I would need to buy it <_<' Now how do I earn that amount of money quickly before the deal ends? XD' Right now I've got 30 houres left. Suggestions anyone?

Here's a protip free of charge, guys. Stop making Final Fantasy XIII games. Nobody likes Final Fantasy XIII. If you think you do, you are deluding yourself. Don't go by Famitsu's score, guys because Famitsu are morons. They don't have the balls to tell you if something sucks. You could brand the Final Fantasy logo on a dogturd and they would think it was the best thing since sliced bread. You are in a position of power and influence (because everybody rips you off at some point) that most games companies can only dream of reaching and it really grinds my gears that you aren't using that power to do something good! Instead, you keep bringing out more sequels to XIII - like we're the crazy ones for not accepting it first time around!

Your atrocious little FFXIII titles are not games because a game is something that you play. What they are, however, are movies. Now, Square, if you want to make films then I'm cool with that but do not insult our intelligence by pretending that what you churn out these days are games. Because they are not. Games require a higher degree of interactivity than pressing "X" and holding forward.

Either make the switch or shut up, man up (or woman up) and release Versus and KH3. I'm not a fan of either series but I can at least appreciate that action games are something that people can actually play. Like a game.

Remakes or updated ports of Xenogears and Chrono Cross would be pretty sweet, too. Because Europe missed out on those and it would be nice to play games from a time when you actually cared about the player.

I don't mind if things get shit for SE, because they'll have to consider remaking one of the old FFs with improved graphics and such.
I still hold out for a remake of FF7, however unlikely it is that it'll be made.

I would disagree. 9 times out of 10 remakes of games are bad and just make you long for the original instead.
I certainly don't want to see a remake of FF7, especially looking at current FF games...ugh... If they want to bring it to other systems, that's fine with me. You don't need to change something that's good.
What I would want SE to do, is make the next FinalFantasy actually in a game that's worth having that name. Otherwise I'm starting to think that FFIX wasn't a tribute to the earlier games but a farewell to a franchise loved and the stepladder into "we-can-now-almost-make-whatever-we-want-and-make-money-because-hey-graphis-are-way-better-and-who-cares-about-a-good-story-and-gameplay?"

i pretty much agree with the consensus, FFXIII was terrible. It felt like I was watching a really bad jpop music video the entire time. I really like the ideas they had in FFXII mainly how the storyline didn't focus on one particular character. Everyone played an equal part. However the battle system was little to be desired. It has some nice features but it was really buggy.

FFXIII wasn't a bad game, but it had its faults. FFXIII-2 fixed those faults, then messed up everything else. :<
... the battle system yes, still sucked though. I could go on about it in more detail but then I'd just hijack the topic.

On my mind is the idea of a reimagining of Persona 1 more like the later Personas. The story is good, and I actually have no problem with the first person dungeons, however the exp/rank system is awful and the cutscenes often feel flat. It focuses more on the dialogue and who is speaking by darkening the scene and doing little with the sprites, and the PSP remake for some reason removed the SOUND EFFECTS in cutscenes?

... it's a really dated game.

No mind, you will NOT try to create a reimagining yourself. Stop it. Think about the original projects. ; a;

I hated all of those repetitive FFXIII quests, most of them (or just every single one) ask you just to kill some enemy and that's pretty much all. I know this kind of game depends a lot on a good story and grinding, but here we could only count on a pretty obvious need for grinding...
