I think you're totally wrong, Kain. If humanity colonizes Mars as you would expect, guess what? The Clintons would do whatever they can to become owners of large territories, perhaps by means of using their Foundation to buy land in Mars or finance their new hotel chain or a perfect lair for all the kids they wanna hide far away from US law enforcement agencies. XD
In case they don't do anything that awful, then all people would be at risk because they wouldn't spend as much money as necessary to assure all buildings are properly protected from oxygen leaks except for those where the Clintons and their goons spend most of their time...
