Commentary on The Basics section

I was just revisiting this script thread when I noticed that some of the instructions were erroneous, misleading. They simply asked you to open a file the usual way when this script doesn't do that. File and FileIni classes work in different ways!  Plus, File has no comment_out method because that is exclusive of the new FileIni class.

If you want to run it on RMXP or VX ACE, well, you can IF you edit 1 single line of code!

This version works on HiddenChest only.

It just happens that the first line was quite convenient for HiddenChest that runs on  Ruby 2.7, not 1.8 like RMXP or VX nor 1.9 like VX ACE.
