So, onto a fun topic, bagels. WHO LOVES DEM?

bagels are quite possibly the unhealthiest thing you can eat. fast digesting carbs tell your body to hold onto everything it can grab, because it doesn't know when more food is going to come along. so the bagel will actually keep your body from burning fat to use as energy, and tell your cells to hold onto the sugar in the bagel, to make into fat.

beer on the other hand has been good to me. somehow i've lost weight, even though i was out at the bar a bunch last week. fuck logic.

edit: it's a red white and blue miller high life. you know, 'Murica and all.
