I'm so tired of being tired. I want to sit at my desk and be able to work a lot on my projects, and instead I find myself unable to sit up or focus on what I'm doing... or forget where I am with my project a few hours later should I get distracted.
Bluhhhh.

"What's on my Mind?" for January 9/2015 - by JAY RAY
1. For the first time in over four months, I'm officially "Past DUE Free!" I celebrated with a guilt-free burrito from Taco Bell
2. My wife enrolled in college yesterday. The Woman who refuses to watch any history documentary with me, as U.S. History from 1897 - present as a pre-requisiste course.
3. Coffee at work is still free, my bladder hates me, my caffeine levels are strong with this one...
4. OOH!!! COLD!!! (staying indorrs a lot, no jogging for a while)
5. Roguehaven is coming along, using ideas from SNES artists combined with rendering styles from Daz artists and a couple of nostaligic game designs from the day, rethinking a lot about tile design and display.
6. Chicken Chili Frito Pie, nuff said....
7. Have you ever woken up from a nap with a dime stuck to your face? Not cool!
8. And oh yeah, for the last two months I've been crawling by with my meager cellphone as my main internet supplier. As part of WOMM #1 and #2, we finally got CABLE INTERNET AGAIN! I'm back up to 50 mb download speeds, and our speedtest put our upload speads at up to 5 mb as well, WOOHOO!
9. And to be honest. I know that some people in this forum are not Christian, but I just wqant to take a timeout and prase God for taking me through a really tough time for the last three months, opening doors for employment, sowing financial seeds in my life, and carrying me and my family through what could have been a very depressing season to victory. I'm by no means a rich man, but when you go from being 3 and a half months past due on your car, having to argue with utilities providers on the merits of not shutting off your lights, to trying to keep my mailing address from being "1 Cardboard box Road, Freeway 9" to being a full-time employed provider with a wife going back to college, and being able to pay my bills, its something that I gotta praise my Architect over...

The government is approving the Keystone XL pipeline. Let's just hope it doesn't turn out to be a bad idea.

Their premise is... We already have the oil. Why shell out money to buy it when we already have it? But Obummer says he'll veto it when it comes up. There are always upsides and downsides. The upsides would be that lower oil costs would result in lower gas and transportation costs... which also have an effect on the cost of goods. While refineries get busy with it, companies that drill for oil or fracking will be hating it. People against fracking... dunno their viewpoint on the pipeline itself, but they hate fracking.
Meanwhile, I gots mah RPGMaker XP back and ready bay-bee!!! It'll be later that I get my VX back online (not too worried about that one).

In light of the Hebdo thing... the Muslim apologists and Politically Correct people come out of the woodwork to claim Islam is somehow a "race" and that critiquing it, mocking it, and criticizing it is somehow "racist".
The stupidity of such a claim can be aptly said by replacing "Islam" with either of:
1) Christianity
2) Communism
3) Hinduism
4) Buddhism
5) Secularism
and etc.
As a free-thinker and a skeptic, I feel like I'm the only one in this world who has to defend free speech.
Political correctness is a crock of sh*t and a cop-out that hides the darkness behind.

Couldn't agree more, Ahzoh. It seems nowadays that people are desperate to find something to be offended by. :P
Well, last night I spent several consecutive hours troubleshooting a new synth I got. :P The big problem, which I'm still unable to fix, is the built-in CD drive's failure to eject properly, meaning I need to use a paper clip right after hitting the eject button to make the CD come out. :P Everything else seems to be fine with it, though.
