I saw the promo for that show at Metal's place, hadn't noticed it had aired yet, I'll check it out, thx! ^^

you should, it's good.

Been working at the "Verb System" of my newer constructed language and it warrant to me the question:
Why are triconsonantal root language so damn hard???

I'm not a fan of agglutinating languages or auxiliary verbs , I like compact verbs with many meaning in a single affix.
Who can say no to a verb like "ducam" that simply says "I will lead"?
Sadly I'm not very imaginative and have a fear that things are not distinguishable enough...

other news, I created a phrase in my new language:

ʾayyat miẕoyt mēgov ḵmatgaf, ḵma hadīr ʾayyat bēyin

I've just returned from a shopping trip, with four Disney Movies. Since the Disney Channel is comming to the Free TV, they have aparently re-released all their movies on DVD.
... I need more money! They have so many movies that I love or haven't even seen yet and I want them ALL! XD' It was so hard to pick "just" four and leave so many behind. I didn't even realize how many I don't own untill I saw them by shear accident in the shop a little while ago XD'
Well...there goes my weekend Laughing + Tongue sticking out

Edit: in less exciting news: it appears my wallet with all my papers & money is missing <<

Been working on Vṛḵaẕī for a while now and I can safely say it's the spiritual successor to Arkéan.

It has a rather complex grammatical system using a variety of particle and affixes. It also has ten tons of pronouns.

Example sentences:
Haḵavot ʾazīl tū šīmal
The boys are in the houses.

Ḵavī ʾazīl tū šīm.
The man is in the house.

Ḵav is the word that means human, then you have the masculine ending, so ḵavī is a man. -ot is the plural version, and the prefix "ha-" is the diminutive, so it makes things little. Haḵavot would literally be little male humans.

Šīm (shiim) means house and since it cannot take gender it does not take a singular ending, but it takes the neuter ending -al for plurals.
The particle "tū" denotes that the noun after is in the accusative (it receives the action of the verb) the particle also matches the noun endings, tō for masculine, ta for feminine.

What you think so far?

Well, I'm wondering if you're related to Marc Okrand, the guy who made both the KLINGON language dictionary and the alphabet for Disney's Atlantis. Winking

Nope.
It is nice to think my language has developed in the same quality as TlhIngan Hol (Klingon), sadly this is not so.

Ah the Atlantis Alphabet, I heard that one, It's written in Boustrephedon (ox-turn-ing), which I applied to my language's script.

Hello everyone! Name's DariusSlayer and currently watching Black Butler on Netflix, hence the delay in responding to the shouts Very cheery

I'm developing a side scrolling shooter with Metal Renard called "Space Dust", and aim to get it out on Desura (soon). The coding is already done, but the art, according to the ones who reviewed the game before submission, said that it needed to be polished. Fun times, indeed.
