Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

It was a shock no one expected when the News of the World reported the daring daytime robbery of the Louvre and the jewelry within. In the US, the government shutdown continues. Of Medicare, Dr. Oz gave a strong warning to seniors not to blindly auto-renew policies without checking for any changes. Meanwhile, more suspected drug-trafficking boas have been sunk in the Eastern Pacific. And more surveillance video of the January 6 Pipebomb suspect has been released. And after many months, MS13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia dubbed by Democrats as the Maryland Man, may soon be deported to Liberia in mere days. And while Iran's Ayatollah Khamenei continues to vehemently deny the obliteration of Iran's nuclear industry, US Vice President Vance flew to Israel for high-level talks to stabilize the first phase of the ceasefire and keep peace in the Gaza region. The body of a Spanish mayor’s ex-husband found by sanitation workers, a retaliatory lawsuit against Melania Trump after demanding retractions, Germany's willingness to pay stationed US military employees during its shutdown, Russia's economy stagnating, and more hit this week's news.

This week, the News of the Cyber World was immediatly hit with Amazon's cloud service having a major crunch, not just affecting Amazon itself but services such as Snapchat and gaming platforms like Fortnite and Roblox. And of Roblox, a new lawsuit has been filed against the company for actively permitting sex predators to pursue young players. Online protections for minors appears to be on the minds of most as Instragram plans to implement even stronger protections. But be warned that ChatGPT has been markedly worse for children, now planing to add sex chat options while its been revealed they blatantly relaxed the AI's safeguards which permitted it to "coach" recent murder plots and teen suicides. Wikipedia in great pains complains that ChatGPT steals content and their traffick, Of other news, the deal to transfer TikTok into US control has been finalized. But none too soon as recent data shows that China used TikTok to influence and promote New York's mayoral candidate Mamdani.Micron processor chip developer saying good bye and good riddance to China, flying and driverless taxies, and more hit the cybernews this week.

Everyone working upon a game or project is free to share all their endeavors just by saying What's up? But as of now, Remi-chan is the one vocal as she recrafted the origin story of one of her universe's protagonists, and supplied a video cutscene of her turmoil. Along with that, she shared the work of her sprite artist, our own Rune, who designed new elves, batwinged girls in burgundy, and a collection of other NPCs.

You may recognize the portaits of those speaking within the Maps and screenshots thread, but it is for the character sprites in which Remi-chan posted her recent reveals. Elves, goblins and even electrically charged catgirls appear with thieir own new map character graphics.

RPGMaker XP (RGSS) Engine

The KToad system by kyonides has now been advanced. Enter the new script entitled KAnimal XP, a scripts whose feature allows targets to be turned into other animals by way of spells. Do you dare face a ghost that could turn you into a harmless kitten, or a lillipad-denizen that could place toad on you?

An early release by DerVVulfman, the TaEL: Troops and Enemies Loot system appears to create item bags for enemy troops, mimicking the items bag of the party. And with that, one can increase the amount of treasure that the party earns when victorious in battle.

The Halloween season is nearing the end. And if you are in need for a heroine in danger, the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V is your destination. This week, a young redheaded girl with a short skirt and tight top now appears. However, character spritework of this young maiden also appear with blood splatter across her face and limbs, and with her on her kees as her arms are shackled with heavy chains.

Creativity Section

Music and Audio

Thoughtful introspection is raised within DoubleX's Music Room when you choose to attend his auditorium. And his 43rd composition evokes just that, with a light and somber melody at start. Entitled "Take Myself Lightly", the accomanyment of the delicate flutework switches between strings, light percussion and vocal harmonics reflecting the changing of occupations. It is the one piece he composed that does not have a typical bridge to contrast between musical verses. His later work, "World of Harm" begins with a light melody, but is taken by the low plodding tuba to reflect the heavy burdens on the rapidly moving society. However, the deep and plodding weight of the tuba ends at the bridge, and brasswork continues throughout.

Art and Design

Another pretty kitsune was added to The art deck by Demos "Rise Evil" Kerrigan, she a youthful 3-tailed maiden in snow and powder blue, youthful by the standards of her immortal race as she is a mere billion years old. But don't say she is prim and proper, as a lunch shared between she and Hanaco from last week revealed her less-than-ladylike table manners.

Is Solitaire a CRAZY WILD OUTLAW WOLF? She doesn't appear so, but her dedication and perfectionist nature may qualify. The latest art she is working upon for a cutscene animation clearly shows her well defined style, though she reported that reworks will need be forthcoming. And a strong sense of consistency, Solitaire revealed three colorful scenes from other projects.

Within the forum's gallery, you can see more portraits among the halls of Remi-chan's Neato Arty thread thing!. And as seasons change, it appear so does the wardrobe of the evil Imperian of Shadow. But low and behold. Remi-chan has three new sketches for future works; a dependable hero with past enemies as her new weapons, a bespeckled, wolf-eared vixen, and the dependable hero now realizing the terror that awaits her.

Literature

Within the library of Remi-chan's Writing Snippets~, you will typically find pages of content of her current project. And with fresh ink, she penned a vignette where a small band of revolutionaries are surrounded by a battalion controlled by an evil general. Who will come to their aid may be a surprise.
