Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

Announcements and Updates

DerVVulfman thought about archiving yet another site, but as he was preparing for the endeavor, he discovered that KameSoft (formerly KGC) exists. A longtime source for RPGMaker scripts at nearly the dawn of RPGMaker XP, DerVVulfman discovered its update URL and newly rebranded name. On top of that, the site revised its terms of use which now allow for commercial use and possible reposting. That being the case, DerVVulfman crafted a dedicated thread entitled KAMESOFT - Formerly KGC Software in the Scripts Database for the list of all KameSoft event systems for RPGMaker 2000/3 and scipts/plugins for RPGMaker XP through to MV.

Occasions

Not a week passed after the completion of the HBGames Archive had an alumni of the board has appeared. Bart has now made an appearance and came looking for some content, new and passed. DerVVulfman saw him appear, greeted him and inquired as to his interests. And Remi-chan gave her welcome speech and noted our forum's discord.

General Chat

The last of the surviving hostages from Hamas hit this week's News of the World as even ABC's The View heralded the accomplishment as a massive achievement. Though slosly and incomplete, a few of the dead hostages were even recovered, But fragile, Hamas pulled in thousands of its members into central Gaza and began public executions. Couple that with Ukraine's devastating drone attack shutting down another Russian refinery, Moscow tries to shrug off claims that even India had stopped buying their oil and funding their war effort. However, Sweden began stockpiling grain in the event of hostilities. More suits have appeared in the U.S., former NSA John Bolton indicted on 18 counts for illegally storing and transmitting classified documents, the grand jury hearing that he sent such top-secret level material to individuals and used non-sanctioned means for transmission. Biden Admin prosecutor Jack Smith is now under investigation for misconduct and disbarment over his tapping of nine Republican lawmakers. And there's been a delay in the depositions of Former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over the investigation of Jeffrey Epsetin. Meanwhile, more news about New York City mayoral candidate Mamdani surfaces, showing he has raised money for Hamas, refused to answer about connections to a terror linked Brooklyn imam, and and his wife mourned the death of a Palestinian indluencer who celebrated the October 7th massacre. In connection, it was also revealed that the City University of New York illugally used taxpayer money to push Mamdani's campaign. Violence in Europe continues as an Afghan man deemed mentally unfit appeared in a court over a deadly knife attack on toddlers in Germany. Italy's Anti-Mafia team was called into the massive explosion of their top investigative journalists, the journalist having received other threats in the past. And in England, Nigel Farage blasted leftist racist rhetoric for the violent assault on Reform’s George Finch just minutes away from his Town Hall. The impeached president of Madagascar fleeing the country, the return of a 2,400-year-old artifact to Greece, the possible impeachment of France's President Emmanual Macron, the UK’s Tax Raid on targets deemed wealthy, Saudi Arabia negotiating with the US for a sweeping defense pact, the arrest of four involved in a Mississippi shooting spree, an Indian student arrested in Moscow forced into Russian Forces against Ukraine, polar bears taking over abandoned Soviet-era research station, and more hit this week's news.

Artificial Intelligence once more hit the News of the Cyber World as it was revealed that a North Carolina school therapist used ChatGPT to research how to poison her husband's energy drink. With as much harm that has been reported by AI use, California Goveror Newsome signed the first ever AI Chatbot law with the intent to protect minors and force chatbot operators to impose safety protocols. Elon Musk has revealed that he intends to create an AI based replacement for the Microsoft Windows platform. And Jensen Huang, the CEO of NVidia, sent a letter of relief to all staff that Avinatan Or, an Israeli employee of the company, had finally been released by Hamas.

For those working on their games, feel free to relay What's up in your RM endeavors like Remi-chan. Currently, she's been updating the faces of various characters so they can have more expressions during their appearances, this time updating the Lich Highlord and the Violent Violet Fairy with the psychotic scowl. The facesets are her current work, soley because she is awaiting work from her spriters and character artists.

Pleased with the new expressions she had crafted, the Maps and screenshots thread now has a few new shots of Remi-chan's game. Though possible that the scenes may have been revealed before, they did not have the newly updated portraits of the Highlord Naxon Viddigus nor the fresh faces for Fyori Felicee. Alliteration went too far.

Hospitals in the realm of RPG games will be elated that you can find more nurses among the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V. This week, three more sprites were created, one with a surgicl mask and one livid, zombie green. But this time, you should relish this brunette's anime styled red ribbon-tied buns.

Sometimes, you may wish a change of pace. And within the auditorium known as Double'sX Music Room, the 41st composition is precisely that. A resoundingly chirpy piece entitled "Feeling Unsure", it starts with vivace of Trumpet, harp and violin in whichlistener may see a bright future ahead, though the bridge did change the pace of the brass and less upbeat.A weighty tuba begins his 42nd work entitled "Finally Overwhelmed", it with a violin that would symbolize the passage of time. THough the delicat plucking of guitar strings appear before the bridge, the harmonics that appear at the bridge are themselves the embodiment of being broken.

While not actual art was added, the Slideshow program that was advertised within the topic for DerVV's Stream FrankenArts was updated, recognizing issues with folders and adding a new image list option.

The recent random stuff in Solitaire's CRAZY WILD OUTLAW WOLF! thread have some very detailed linework pieces, be it a heart clamped between massive jaws, a red rose or a pretty doll. As she continues such illustrations, will she return to spriting resources for her game?

An overtly cheery Kitsune has been added to Demos "Rise Evil" Kerrigan's art deck. Though more energetic and chipper than the first pair met by the sisters combined, one may find themselves deceived by the power of this seven-tailed powerhouse. It is no wonder that the Court Wizard relents to this spritely vision in flower adorned silk.

With the time that things of the night prowl, be ready for the villanous to appear within Remi-chan's Neato Arty thread thing!. So decide if you will, which life taker will it be, the Demon Hell Fears or the Unholy Butcher. Remi-chan revealed another illustration of her soulcatcher that first appeared in her gaming universe almost a decade ago, resplendent in indigo with her flowing locks and her lethal arcane scythe. But unarmed, the winged matron is a lethal harpy with claws that can shred flesh and talons that can crush skulls as her fuchsia clad form bloodily proved. Only one speeddraw video was provided, it to the first render she made this week.

Literature

The latest chapters within Remi-chan's Writing Snippets~ delves further into later events on a world with a powerful panda-girl and the former maniacal pssychopath from a game made over a decade ago. But here, they decided to visit a fast food hamburger joint that somehow has franchises that appear throughout the cosmis. And while the party enjoys sits down to dine, they have a lengthy reminisce about events past.
