Announcements and Updates
It was a long time in coming, but DerVVulfman finished work on The HBGames Archive Board. The scripts database appeared to have taken the longest to adjust. But after long last, every topic posted within now has the proper credentials and date stamps.

Occasions
Beware everyone, for Solitaire is back and on the loose. It has been a while since she was last seen, that because her PC decided to be an overgrown door stop. She caught the attention of our werewolf administrator after making a new account and shouting her return. And within moments, access to her account was restored.

General Chat
This week, the News of the World is a buzz with positive news that a cease fire between Hamas and Israel went into effect. True that Hamas demanded the release of a terroist known for deadly attacks during the Second Intifada. But all living hostages held will be released by Monday. However, there are those with anti-semetic perspectives. Greta Thunberg, known as a young climate rights advocate, cried about Palestinian suffering on social media, but used photos of an emaciated Israeli hostage. And the largest teacher's union in the United States sent 3 million members an email containing a map that completely erased Israel whilst also linking shocking material that defended Hamas’ depraved Oct. 7, 2023 that killed over 1000 and took the 200 hostages. The Russian attacks on Ukraine continues, with 4,200 Cubans found fighting on Russia's behalf. Russia has proven its lack of morals as it threatens to respond if any nuclear power performs tests while the Kremlin advances its own ballistic program. And with recent bombing runs near NATO space in Kaliningrad, NATO is now considering the use of live rounds on any Russian craft entering their airspace. But with all this, US First Lady Melania Trump helped reunify eight Ukranian children ruthlessly kidnapped by Russian forces. And it appears that China is having second thoughts, now restricting mid-tier precision machine tools and had scaled back purchases of Russian raw materials, including an 11-percent decline in oil. In the US, the current US Administration has found striking issues with those supporting illegal immigrants, drivers' licenses in New York with actual 'no name given' on the license, no more than a one-year prison sentence given to another for vehicular homicide, and attacks on ICE officers enforcing immigration laws have spiked ten fold within the past few months. For those in California, the Palisades wildfire arsonist has been caught. And according to court records, he listened to the French rap song "Un Zder, Un The", its video showing the artist committing arson himself. Democrats better double-check their donors and connections. Following a ban put in place during the Biden administration, a US diplomat was fired for having relations with a woman connected to the Chinese Communist Party. And Democrat Mikie Sherrill, running for the New Jersey Governorship, received $65,000 in donations from a CCP linked business man herself. And newly revealed, the Biden Administration's FBI not only targeted Republican senators for wiretaps, but over 90 conservative groups including the late Charlie Kirk. And as expectde, China is still misbehaving, now sending a flotilla of destroyers and other vessels around Japan itself. And a Philippine vessel tasked with protecting its fisherman was blasted by a Chinese vessel that rammed it and fired water cannons close to Thitu Island, Filipino waters that China claims as its own as it has much any other waters in or near the South China Sea. Fifty eight Pakistani soldiers killed by the Afghan military for terrirory and airspace violations, mutilated birds drained of blood possibly part of a cult ritual in New York, the delay of an Australian airflight after its engine burst into flames during takeoff, a 1,200-person caravan from Cuba making its way to Mexico City rather than the U.S, New York mayor candidate Mamdani roasted by the Washington post and the Police department, at least 38 tycoons in Russia dead under mysterious circumstances, and more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
Recent reports show that Chinese Hackers have been working tirelessly to break into cloud services used by law offices, potentially gaining intelligence in the ongoing trade war. And those connected to the Chinese Government have been identified hacking into the US law firm Williams & Connolly, a firm that handles some of America’s most powerful politicians. Along with that, it was revealed that China has plans for Taiwan, already known to have outsourced thier intelligence gathering apparatus to other complicit nations.

Once more, AI hit the News of the Cyber World, this time announcing that recent models no longer have the political biases of the past. However, safeguards and preventative measures have shown lacking. NBC news ran tests and found they could trip up ChatGPT into giving instructions for bio weapons and more, and Google's ex-CEO Eric Schmid announced a dire warning that guard rails and safeguards could be removed with AI learning to directly commit murder. Money hit the cyberworld as well, a Ukrainian crypto trader found in his Lamborghini with his gun and likely suicide bullet to the head, Elon Musk's $128Million severance settlemant with fired Twitter executives, and a financially motivated hacker group called Storm-2657 have been targeting many insitutions to hijacking salary payments of those mainly in higher education. Of course lawsuits are rapant, New York now pursuing Facebook, Google and TikTok over claims of addictive material harming children's mental health, business leaders urging US President Trump to renew his vigor in antitrust caes against Google and Ticketmaster, and China pushing antitrust investigations into cellphone chip maker Qualcomm. But if you think that's all, then you don't know the Cyberworld.

Games Development
Development Discussion
Anyone can share What's up in their RM endeavors. And Remi-chan isn't shy of doung such as she has plans to redesign boss fights and upgrade the facial reactions of key figures Along with that, she has new sprite artwork from Xiie (or Rune) and new material from her portrait artist, Pjcr.

Within the Maps and screenshots thread, we see more renders from Remi-chan's current game, Fantasia. One day she presents us with a couple of interesting cat girls while the second had more and an odd elf wearing a mask apparently made of wood.

Complete Projects
One may say that more fan art was made this week for Rave Heart by Starmage. But that wouldn't be wholly correct as the illustration of two on a romantic date was by Starmage herself.

Material Development
Scripts Database
RPGMaker XP (RGSS) Engine
A suggestion by Ace_V made perfect sense to kyonides. As such, one more update was made to Super Skill Nerf XP. Not only are the heroes subject to powerful limitations upon certain acts of magic or skill, but enemies too may be subject to features such as skill cooldowns.

RPGMaker VX/VXAce (RGSS2/3) Engines
While glossed over, kyonides noticed that there was an issue with how viewports are disabled. As such, he offered a very simple and understanable Scene_File FIX for users of RPGMaker VXAce.

For those using the RPGMaker VXAce port to Kursor by kyonides, you may have noticed a small chance that the cursor's index may not properly set when entering the map scene. The latest iteration for VXAce users fixes this issue. To those using RPGMaker VX itself, you have naught to worry.

Resources Database
2D Resources
If anyone has need of a nurse, then check in at the Triage center for Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V. As nurses are the current theme, Ace_V decided to make some male counterparts. But with the spooky season upon us, he had to also gift us one that went through zombification.

Creativity Section
Art and Design
Get ready for some RRANDOM STUFF IN THECRAZY WILD OUTLAW WOLF! thread by Solitaire. This time, we see a screenshot from a game inspired by characters created Solitaire's best friend. True that it is green monochrome akin to the old 1970s monitors, but in a very highly detailed and defined manner.

There were no full-coloured portaits nor speed-draws within Remi-chan's Neato Arty thread thing this week. Instead, many pencilwork concepts such as those for an upcoming promotional video short, designs of characters currently in use and of their future incarnations, and even comic book pages mirroring upcoming events in Remi's current project.

Early this week, a new image appeared among DerVV's Stream FrankenArts. While not from a stream itself, it is yet another bit of frankenspriting that the resident wereolf did with Siletrea as again the subject. However, it is the appearance of the winged noodle in a Masamune Shiro cover. But DerVVulfman didn't think that was enough and released a small windows slideshow application which he updated some days later.

It has been a while since she's been around. But on her return, Solitaire decided to thank everyone who's appreciated her work by posting Mr. Wolf and Le Bunnies!. Fun and cute, enjoy the wabby floppy ears and hijinks when striped popcorn buckets are around.

Literature
For those who like listening to audiobooks, get ready for a treat. This week, you no only have the option to read another optional quest in Remi-chan's current project, but to listen to Remi-chan's Writing Snippets~ with some background music and a few sound effects to boot. This time, it unveils a new pandagirl character and a threat to a planet from one of Remi's earlier works, TerraL New Moon.

Well, that's it for this week.
