Announcements and Updates
DerVVulfman seems to be working dilligently on archiving as the forum now has both HBGames and GameBaker Archive Boards. In a mere day, uploaded all the salvageable material from sandgolem's RPGMaker script and resource board of 2008. And he has now begun working on correcting the posters names and datestamps to the threads archived. However, it appears there is more to save as DerVVulfman discovered more completed games in HBGames from a long time ago that he didn't encounter before.

General Chat
The war waged between Ukraine and invading Russia continues to appear in News of the World as Ukraine special forces takes out Putin's amphibious war planes, and another dozen of the kidnapped 35,000 Ukrainian children have been rescued from Russia. MATO, after several drone incursions into their airspace around Denmark, Poland, Norway and Lithuania this week alone, have announced the basics of a Drone Wall defense system. Ukraine's President Zelenskyy criticized NATO for not taking stronger actions against the incursions, but NATO member Sweden vowed to shoot down any Russian aircraft that violates their airspace while NATO indeed launched fighters during one of Russia's latest aerial assaults. As far as the US is concerned, President Trump's attitude is that Ukraine should be able to reclaim any and all land seized by Russia and scolded European nations for buying Russian oil and funding their war machine. In the Middle East, Iran not only complained about facing consequences during talks with the United nations, the regime blanketly refused to cooperate and accept IAEA monitoring. As a result the UN snapback sanctions were applied, freezing assets abroad and crippling their economy. Meanwhile, Hamas executed three Gazans claiming they collaborated with Israel;, this as the IDF pushes deeper to destroy their main stronghold while announcing that Hamas has shown its true face by executing and exploiting its own to prolong the war. And joining the IDF to fight against Hamas is the last of the US hostages Hamas held underground for over two years. In the US, there is more political fallout. An aide to former First-Lady Jill Biden revealed who was actually in charge of the White House, and it wasn't Joe. Amidst the repeated denials from the FBI under the Biden administration, its been revealed that over two-hundred FBI agents were indeed at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. US President Trump declared Antifa a domestic terror organization, and sent the National Guard to Portland and protect ICE agents; not allowing anything like the Summer of Love 2020 riots to return. Would-be Trump assassin Ryan Routhe tried to kill himself in the courthouse after being found guilty on all counts. As Democrats at the Capital vow to shut down the government, Democrat Governor Fetterman called them for their hypocrasy while video footage of themselves railing against shutdowns in the past and who it harms. And just as it was a month ago, a church in Michigan falls under the wave of domestic terrorism. Russia's stance in the Asian Pacific is rather aggressive, sending a nuclear-armed submarine to sail off the coast of Japan and is selling military equipment to aid and prepare China for an invasion into Taiwan. Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that North Korea has four facilities that are processing weapons-grade uranium for nuclear weapons. This after Kim Jong Un touted secret weapons were being developed. And sadly, there may be a breakdown in the ceasefire between Thailand and Cambodia brokered by US President Trump, though neither side has officially declared the ceasefire void. Russia caught interfering in Moldova's parliamentary elections, Trump’s 21-point Gaza peace plan getting rave reviews from Arab allies, Typhoon Ragasa battering through the South China Sea and the casualties, an ancient treasure hoard over 1,600 years old found in Galilee where Jesus was known to have preached, the Bagram airforce base in Afghanistan, the grand jury indictment of former FBI Chief James Comey on perjury and obstruction, Former French President Sarkozy found guilty on some campaign finance charges where funds came from Libya, Obama's $2.2 billion solar plant in California scheduled to be turned off after years of wasted money, death threats levied against the Italian Prime Minister attributed to Pro-Palestine activists, and so much more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
This week, censorship hit the News of the Cyber World as Wikipedia itself became rife with controvercies, editors attacking the Charlie Kirk funeral by brandishing it NAZI, deleting the story of Iryna Zarutska's death while protecting the illegal alien murderer, and more. But along with that, Google came forward and openly admitted that they themselves were involved in censorship, laying bare that they were ordered by the Biden Administration to delete content and close accounts on demand. However, such news was never broadcast by the legacy media of ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN or the like. In the realm of security, the US Secret Service uncovered a vast network of over 100,000 SIM cards and 300 servers in New York by hostile foreign agents and criminals to SWAT and endanger prominent conservatives. On examination, they realized that these devices were capable of crippling cell towers and jamming 911 calls across New York City, many of these were found around the United Nations building in particular. The subject of AI has also appeared, AI models actively refusing to give correct information to its developers while office workers encouraged to use AI are finding low-grade content as the result. At least a million citizens in the UK vehemently against the creation of manditory Digital IDs, Microsoft cutting cloud support to the Israeli military, NASA's plans for a return to the Moon, and more hit the cybernews this week.

Games Development
Upcoming Projects
CarlosDavilla is back, and with an update to An Essay on Insipidity III: The Sleeping Hummingbird. Now available at GameJolt and his Itch channel, the demo now contains a prologue.

There have been some repairs made to Klans XP as kyonides returned missing content, set hiring prices, and adjusted the mechanics on hos many scouts one can recruit. However, scounts are currently unable to recon new areas as yet.

Material Development
Scripts Database
RPGMaker XP (RGSS) Engine
It was last week that kyonides crafted Bless & Kurse for RPGMaker XP, a script whose summon ability can bring friend or foe to battle. But now a new update allows the player to randomly pick a summoned entity, whatever monster they may be.

If anyone was using Super Skill Nerf for RPGMaker XP and found it crash the game when you entered the skill menu, you are not alone. ut a fix was made to the system, and said crash should no longer occur.

The newest release of KBribe by kyonides now has a new option, one where an enemy you failed to bribe may decide to ask for even more money out of spite.

RPGMaker VX/VXAce (RGSS2/3) Engines
If anyone was using the RPGMaker VX edition of Super Skill Nerf and suddenly found their game crash when entered the skill menu, they're not alone. But a fix was made to the system, and said crash should no longer occur.

Resources Database
2D Resources
Continuing his work from last week, you can now find more nurses among the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V. After receiving a suggestion by DerVVulfman, there are now more nurses with and without surgical masks, and one zombie-pallored nurse for good measure. But who knows what is in store for next week after Ace_V appreciated a character idea from kyonides.

Creativity Section
Music and Audio
Ever labouring upon his new craft, a 37th composion has now appeared within DoubleX's Music Room. The song begins with the echoes of a pipe organ the sets a somber mood for the listener, when moments later a wave of xylophone strikes their "Chaotic Mind." The melody continues with chimes, cellos and bass drums until the bridge when the tinkling of the xylophone is pulled aside and quickly replaced with the dancing of the ivories.

Art and Design
Harken all ye who wish to gaze upon beauty amidst teror. For within the halls of art, the Last of the Living Royalty has returned to Remi-chan's Neato Arty thread thing! It was early this month that Remi-chan unveiled the Evil God, Xaela. But with that release, a pencil sketch had followed and was the basis for she who is the Phantamagoria of the Pale Moon, Tiramisa. Is it a blessing that she remains as beautiful and unchanging as when she was in her early twenties? After terrors unleased upon she, her family, and her family's family, one may wonder if eternal life worth it. And at ninety, though still as lovely, more terror for her and her remaining kin awaits. Be ready for the vision in burgundy set against pale jade, and the speed draw that follows.

Well, that's it for this week.
