Files Class Action Lawsuit over Censorship

While the social media companies are officially private entities, in recent years they have ceased to be private with the enactment and their historical use of Section 230, which profoundly protects them from liability. It is in effect a massive government subsidy, these companies have been co-opted, coerced and weaponized by government actors to become the enforcers of illegal, unconstitutional censorship.

Big Tech censorship was quite clear as they cited policies that suppressed any suggestion that Covid originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Fox News Host Unmasked by NSA

The Fox News reporter stated a whistleblower told him that the NSA planned to leak emails of his attempt to interview Russia's Vladimir Putin to paint him as a Russian Operative. But with that, they would need to unmask him, a practice of revealing the names of American Citizens corresponding with foreign nationals under surveillance. This practice is only done on request of officials with proper security clearance and just cause.

By law, I should have been identified internally merely as a US journalist, or American journalist. That’s the law. But that’s not how I was identified, I was identified by name. I was unmasked. People in the building learned who I was, and then my name and the contents of my emails left that building at the NSA and wound up with a news organization in Washington. That is illegal. In fact, it is precisely what this law was designed to prevent in the first place … We cannot have intelligence agencies used as instruments of political control.

Note that it turned out that then Vice-President Joe Biden sought the unmasking of NSA designate Michael Flynn to spark the Russia investigation when Flynn had full authorization.

Fortnite Banned in Indonesia!?

An Indonesian Minister has called on the popular game to be banned in the country because a custom map allowed for an in-game holy structure resembling the Kaaba to be demolished. Epic Games made a statement that it was not part of Fortnite and was, in fact, created by a community member and that the building actually cannot be destroyed on the map. Since discovery that it was user created, the national police of Indonesia are working to track down the map's creator.
