Bumped to version 13.3

In conjunction with Charlie Fleed, the system is now able to display 'delayed casting' poses when used with his CTB.

Right now, only the default battlesystem demo sports version 13.3, and it includes a new .chm help file to replace the already existing .pdf manual.
Up is down, left is right and sideways is straight ahead. - Cord "Circle of Iron", 1978 (written by Bruce Lee and James Coburn... really...)
