Actor Voices by diamondandplatinum3, note-tag commands not working!

Hello everyone! I've been using Actor Voices by diamondandplatinum3 for VXace, and somehow, the voices work now, but the only ones that work are the voice commands set up within the script itself in the script editor, but the ones that I set up via note-tags for specific skills, they don't work at all, it's as if the script's note-tag commands are being ignored or not being acknowledged by the game. Can anyone help?

If you can check Actor Voices there (which I put before near the Theolized scripts), it would be awesome if you can see what the issue is that the script isn't recognizing note-tag commands for voices. Thank you so much!
