I don't know if anyone here heard of red vs blue, a comedy action series that some guys started showing online made with the Halo video game. But it's a funny series that has been going on for almost a decade. Imaginative and funny, they went from straight slapstick and office humor in earlier seasons to conspiracies and actual military threats in more recent ones. They started off small, but have steadily grown in both reputation and production quality. While an actual Halo movie is coming soon, I'm not sure it would match the product from RoosterTeeth.Com.

However, praise for Red vs Blue isn't what got me coming in here to rant. It is that I just received an eMail from RoosterTeeth.com announcing... Wow... Okay, here's the quote!!!

And if you haven't heard the news, the one and only Elijah Wood is
joining the cast as Sigma! So many exclamation points!! SO MANY
CAPITAL LETTERS!!

The show has AI characters that have personality quirks, each given a name from the greek alphabet: Alpha, Delta, Omega, Epsilon... So I'm thinking that Elijah Wood is playing the voice of another AI.

So while some people in RoosterTeeth.com has been getting gigs and going mainstream in quality and production, mainstream actors are now having fun getting RoosterTeeth roles.
