Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

Occasions
Early this week, gannman snuck in. He's fond of rogue-like games has been toying with RPGMaker VXAce, and noticed we have an extensive library of scripts. While kyonides was curious if gannman was planning on creating a rogue-like game of his own, DerVVulfman was more curious as to the world setting of his possible, upcoming game.

A familiar face has finally entered our board. For now Kayzee has KiloZapped herself in as she had within the board's discord. Those who recall the late RPG Maker Central are sure to remember her at least for her crafty VXAce scripts. She was greeted by Ace_V, Remi-chan who recalls her from the era when Central was RPGMaker VX, and by DerVVulfman who re-linked all the archived Kayzee scripts recreated under a guest account to her control.

Just before the weekend, another who has been within our discord had chosen to join the board. legonenen has been familiar with RPGMaker VXAce for a while, though he does have access to the entire gamut of the Enterbrain line. Both a writer and artist, he finds it easier to complete and reveal his concepts as illustration. Greeted he was by DerVVulfman who thought legonenen's familiarity with martial arts a possible combat-system boon, and inquired as to what genre of game he prefers.

General Chat
If you were wondering What's on the mind of Ace_V, that would be frustration at not being able to see the sprites he uploaded to the forum. However, he discovered that he had somehow logged out, and logging back in restored their visibility. Meanwhile, DerVVulfman was enjoying a Thanksgiving holiday mean while kyonides noted Costa Rica doesn't care much for the holiday.

This week, the News of the World reflected upon the murder of a US National Guard and wounding of another by an Afghan who immigrated to the US during the 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan. The murder suspect who worked for the CIA was reported having mental issues even before he arrived in the US. And was paroled by the Biden administration. I wasn't long after that another Afghan paroled Biden's immigration program was arrested for a bomb threat against Fort Worth in Texas. With both those incidents, the US had put a Freeze on all asylum cases originating in Afghanistan and has begun a full review of all admitted under the Biden administration. It was also a week of dismissals, the new AG of Georgia dismissing all charges against Trump that were offered by former AG Fani Willis, and a federal judge dismissing cases against both ex-FBI director James Comey and NY AG Letitia James. As Comey's statute of limitations is now past the five year mark, US AG Bondi is vowing to appear and restore the case, though no such issue exists to file charges once more against James. But James is now facing more trouble as a complaint to have her disbarred for potential illegal and dishonest has been filed. And while there is talk about a possible meeting with US President Trump and Venezuela's President Maduro, the surge in drug trafficking forced the US to shut down Venezuela's airspace. However, the US was unable to stop a Russian Oil Tanker from reaching Maduro. And there are talks of a forthcoming US led effort to remove Maduro and end the cartels present. As the war against Russian invaders wages on, the cease fire deal that was previously in the works that benefitted Putin more had just wasted away. The European Union crafted its own form which would leave a doorway to NATO while a new one crafted by Washington and Kyiev delegates which allowed Ukraine to keep territory Russia had been invading and once more permit NATO membership. As expected, the new cease fire was rejected by Moscow. But before it was even revealed, Putin launched an attack against Kyiv, bombing residential buildings and energy infrastructures. But how will Moscow continue as those on the front lines had their pay suspended due to a lack of funds, promising large signing bonuses at the start while recruitment has cut to nearly half expected. And worse for Russia, Ukraine destroyed two more of its shadow-fleet oil tankers used to fund its war of aggression. It has now been revealed that the Miss Universe Pageant has a dark side; Raúl Rocha, president and part-owner of the organization is now suspected of participating in a criminal network involved in trafficking drugs, weapons and stolen fuel along the Guatemala–Mexico border. And in Australia, Virginia Giuffre died without a will, sparking family legal battle over multi-million dollar estate. Miss Giuffre, a key witness against sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein, had a multi-million dollar estate which included four properties and a $12 Million settlement from disgraced then-Prince Andrew. But as she took her life at age 41, legal issues have arisen as her lawyers have papers refusing any money to her ex-husband who would have received some compensation otherwise. The suspect in the killing of an American man over a drug deal gone bad arrested in Tobago, UPS and FedEx grounds its cargo planes in response to the fatal November 4th crash, new nuclear power plants in El-Dabaa, a long awaited dream of Egypt now constructed by Russia, Northwestern University settles an antisemitism suit for $75 Million, Russian drones invade NATO airspace once more, the restoration of New York's Tappan Zee Bridge’s name and more hit this week's news.

Development Discussion
It has been a while since DerVVulfman shared What's up with his fellow RMers. But rather than working on a game, he's been working on a clock of sorts for time management, and to regularly remind users to stretch and stay hydrated at regular intervals.

Complete Projects
The page is up, the time is soon. This week, Starmage has announced that Rave Heart+ will be ready and available at EPIC Games, and she has provided a link to check out the trailers and features as the new EPIC Store page has provided.

Material Development
Tools
Let's get ready to RUMBLE! Continuing on the advancements he made within the HiddenChest RGSS Player Executable, kyonides's work on new controller features. And this week, you not only have the ability to determine if a controller has a rumble feature, but activate and set the intensity of the rumble effect. In fact, setting the power and duration of a controller's rumble is not much more difficult than setting up the power and intensity of a weather script's snowstorm.

Scripts Database
HiddenChest (RGSS1-3) Engine
Written for HiddenChest in mind, the KGamePad HC scriptette shows you how you can easily implement a gamepad disconnection script.

While the Halloween season is over, zombies still roam the art studio where one may rummage through the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V. per a suggestion by kyonides, Ace_V put together a zombified police officer that is falling apart. stark red or blood-soaked curls coming through what remains of her police cap, an eye wide open and contrasting with its livid skin, Ace_V suggests this zombie to be a classic plodding thing. However, there may be more ghastly ghouls in the works for next week.

Creativity Section
Music and Audio
For those who only see the dark, the latest works revealed in DoubleX's Music Room grants the promise of light. His fifty-first composition entitled "Facing The Storm Together(Mental Pain Relief)" begins with an energetic bassoon cello mix representing possible hope against what one faces, with vibrant piano that appears to represent friends and family support, only while the rifts sporatically go dull. Following that, DoubleX composed "Rest In Peace(Mental Pain Relief)" which begins with a melancholy flute and piano duet, the piano chorts serene but dark as if it echoed a past turmoil. However, DoubleX's work offered the promise of empathy and an end to suffering. And the piano is replaced with the light and gentle taps of a xylophone.

Well, that's it for this week.

"Since I don't smoke, I decided to grow a mustache - it is better for the health. However, I always carried a jewel-studded cigarette cas in which, instead of tobacco, were carefully placed severl mustaches, Adolphe Menjou style. I offered them politely to my friends: 'Mustache? Mustache? Mustache?' Nobody dared to touch them. This was my test regarding the sacred aspect of mustaches." - Salvador Dali (1904-1989)
