Something is stirring in a small Scottish Hamlet. It has happened before. It is happening now. And a young maiden is chosen to seek out the Fae of Spring that holds their salvation.
IT IS NOT NEAR DONE! But I respect the 4 day limit.
The basic idea was for the heroine to embark on a quest that would take her between a few of the Fae Courts of Celtic myth and be the town's savior. But a town needs citizens, and what I initially began with was highly orchestrated chaos with how everyone moved into position... and dialogue timing. Be funny to get Voice Overs...
Meh, I essentially got as far as "The dragonborn finally escaping a dragon and getting into the keep in Helgen." ... Skyrim reference.

Due to a complaint issued, further testing was made.
In its 'current form', neither Faetal Night nor the HiddenChest executable which it uses is compatible with the Windows 11 environment. Further tests were recently made outside of Faetal Night's development package to confirm the issue is with HiddenChest and Windows11.

Okay, after doing forum work *People will say I do a lot n need a break :P * ... I took a few minutes to switch it to the standard RPGMaker XP engine.
Just needed to throw in my "Resolution" script with a tweak I plan to introduce later. Sadly, the font used in the messages is lost because RMXP cannot handle 'temporarily loaded' fonts from a font folder like VXAce on up (or Hiddenchest).

First is an opacity issue with the splash screen script. It was modified for Faetal Night to cover an option built into HiddenChest. However, more modifications were needed to end the splash screen's activity and prevent the error.
And the second was a missing panorama. Under HiddenChest, this did not create an error, but it appeared within the RPGMaker XP engine. Curious...
The RPGMaker XP edition is now updated.
