10. Gran Turismo 7 - This one is a bit different than when they gave you a birthday gift in game on Gran Turismo Sport and earlier entries. When you go into the game, You'll be notified that there's a gift waiting for you. But not in the Garage. Instead you have to go to the Gran Turismo Cafe, and talk to Sarah. Before going into the Cafe, the game tells you that Sarah is waiting for you in the cafe.
When you talk to Sarah, you'll not only get a "Happy Birthday" from both Sarah, and Luca, and a virtual cake you see, but you'll get your gift car. Mine happened to be a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Gr.4 this year. :3 How generous, I think.
