 What's on your mind?
Oh. god of course. louse. the insect(?) thing. Right I see what you mean now, I guess that's just me being not quite familiar with the word and so I read it different to what it was~.

I started playing Hatoful Boyfriend. It's... a thing, alright. I knew there was more to it than it appears, but then I had to go and get a particular ending first. D:

Today, music is on my mind.
Specifically, SINGING!  Grinning

So I've noticed that there are some people who "Occasionally" sing, and they refuse to take care of their voices except on the days they need to use them. They usually find their voice isn't how it was before, and struggle with that fact.
The truth is, the voice is an instrument just like any other. You have to take care of it, and be aware of the fact that it changes ever so slightly with age. You can't just yell and scream around, and expect your singing voice to be as floaty as a butterfly at the end of the day Confused

Basically, people need to take care of their voices, or quit complaining when their voice gives out on them for not taking care of it  Winking

Anyway, I've been looking at lots of different Metal singers that I find to be great at what they do, and I have been singing many different Metal genres to see where my voice falls. Recently, I ran back into a type that I've been avoiding for a while, because I was actually AFRAID of hitting some of the notes... Soaring vocals!  Happy with a sweat

After listening to a lot of Luca Turilli's Rhapsody and Rhapsody of Fire, I decided to try to sing the songs... and I realized my voice was made for it.  Shocked

I'd been avoiding it for so long, and my voice was soaring to the sky without a problem! I didn't even know I could hit some of those notes!! (Even the low ones!)

I'm currently working on melding lots of my favorite, singable styles together into my own style, and I may almost have it now. I'm going to work on writing a song that can support my new, eclectic style of singing. I'm actually pretty excited about this...  Grinning

Before I do that though, I'm going to be going "back to the basics" for a month with the singing videos by Per Bristow. I can hold out notes longer than 40 seconds without trouble thanks to those videos, which is incredible for someone with asthma, but perhaps if I go back to the basics again, I can improve myself even more?
We'll see  Winking

And the final thing on my mind...

I just finished that a few days ago, after putting it off for a long time because I knew it'd get me. And I still was not prepared for it. [It's the game I've been talking about on and off lately. That and it's Sequel.]
May I ask which ending you got? (If you don't want to cause spoilers for others, just say it's name and I'll know Winking )

Yes, that is what it's known for at first glance. But oh, is it so much more if you actually play and finish it...
Moa did an amazing job at creating it.

If it's funny, make sure people laugh. If it's not funny, make it funny (unless it's actually really serious). (silvercheers)

The ending was, uh, Ending 04, Dream's End.

I've got a number to get to, and it's going to be... fun getting both the full/non-full versions of some, since the means doing the same things but... somehow better or worse at the character. Hrm.

I had a feeling it might be that one, based on what you said. And yeah, that is quite an ending to get as the first one.

All I can say is that it is worth every minute, even if you'll have memorized certain scenes at the end. Enjoy your experience and should you ever require one more soul to talk to about whatever aspect of the game...well, I'm arround ^^

On an other note: I feel strangely torn between wanting to draw and not wanting to draw. On one hand, I miss it since I've not done any drawing almost a month now, but on the other hand I can't really get in the mood to actually work on something, despite having some ideas.
It's very frustrating, as it more or less results in me spending a lot of time trying to come up with something to without getting anything done.

Hatoful Boyfriend? That's one of my favorites <3
Have you gotten around to playing Holiday Star? If not be prepared to have your heart ripped out when you least expect it.
There's also rumors of a HD remake for it coming out.
Said an envious, erudite ermine,
"There's one thing I cannot determine:
When a girl wears my coat,
She's a person of note.
When I wear it, I'm called only vermin."

I don't think those are still rumors, after Moa posted the news too.
And I, at least, have experienced Holliday Star at this point in time, yes. It is a worthy expansion in my oppinion, despite the one continuity contradiction with the events from the Drama CD it refferenced.

Also: Final Fantasy VII Remake, huh?
I can't say that I was still expecting to see one. I wonder if this will be a "YAY" or a "NAY" in the end.

Why are people only reacting to this FF7 remake now? At least in some places. There was that E3 thing a few days back where everyone freaked out already.

Everyone watching the E3 videos, at least. Followed by everyone seeing everyone reacting.

E3 time is a weird time on Twitter.

*shrug*
Not everyone followed E3 directly, so people are still little by little learning about what went on, I suppose.
In my case, the people who I usually look to for coverage of any event of that sort didn't cover E3 this year, so it came and passed without much notice on my part.
But usually there's talk about what was revealed at E3 for a few weeks, so I am not to surprised that the chain of reactions still continues.

I informed the fans on my page of the biggest events of E3 immediately after they happened, they seemed to be pretty happy about that.
A simple google search gets you the results AND trailers of E3  Laughing + Tongue sticking out

Anyway, if you're gonna be getting your news from somewhere, avoid IGN...
I could name about 20 examples of IGN being not-so-great at things, but...
This...
