Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

Announcements and Updates
Near the middle of the week, Strange Automaton announced that there was going to be some Software Updates for the forum. But he noted that most everything that would have to be reset or restored was placed within a single plugin of his design. And after the Forum Software was Updated, there appeared to be no visible bugs. In fact, DerVVulfman noted that a recently reported issue with our Report system was immediately fixed as a result.

General Chat
Peace in the Middle East hit this week's News of the World with the current Iran/Israel ceasefire, as even Ayatollah Khomeni's own Minister had to shut down his victory speeech. But peace talks are set to resume, and even force talks to end the third Gaza war. Even a new peace agreement between the Congo and Rwanda came to be thanks to the US this week. Meanwhile, the story peddled by CNN and MSNBC discounting the US airstrike against Iran drew sharp criticism, it coming from a classified accessment report that said its own findings were dubious. Not only did CNN and MSNBC take the brunt, but heralds an investigation how a classified military document made it to their hands. For US Security, Illegal Aliens are a top concern. And recent busts of over 130 Iranians with ties to the Revolutionary Guard and other groups that the Biden Administration let in have been arrested, and two Iranians in California were busted for terrorist smuggling. NATO showed its support for the US as it praised Trump for its decisiveness over Iran. And that same week, accepted a new 5% GDP defense spending with Spain alone refusing to commit. But NATO now finds itself watching Russia all the more, scambling fighters to intercept an Il-20M spy plane. This as Russia is furious as neighboring Estonia is getting new Jet fighters and suggests to teach China how to combat NATO and the US. But for Russia, there is more bad news as an attempt to assassinate Ukraine's President Zelensky failed, Ukraine destroyed another Russia's bomber air base, and its sinking of another Russian ship in the Black Sea. There has been more aggressive behavior coming from China, using water cannons against Philippine Vessels, unveils new mini-drones for military operations, and threatens the US for supporting Taiwan. Japan is not so fond of China, noting that China isviolating a 2008 agreement over energy production in the South China Sea. For President Trump himself, the Supreme Court confirmed that individual federal judges do not have nationwide authority. This and another judgement by the Court frees the US to continue deporting Illegal Aliens. Despite this, a US attorney is filing a suit to keep MS-13 Kilmar Abrego Garcia in the US despite two previous orders for deportation and the Supreme Court ruling. Both an Egyptian Man and a Russian-borne Ivy League scientist busted for smuggling contraband into the US, attempts to halt "Alligator Alcatraz" over environmental grounds despite the land was already developed for a decade, California actually cutting back its healthcare for Illegal Aliens, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist for child porn, a drunk American tourist wrecking an Ancient Japanese Temple, and more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
This week in the News of the Cyberworld, there is financial news regarding China, with US President Trump suggesting TicTok will soon be purchased by US Backers, while China is pushing out new EV automobiles to compete with Tesla. However, Germany’s data protection commissioner put forth requests to Google and Apple to prohibit China's DeepSeek AI sales due to concerns over data privacy and intellectual property theft. And in other news, the NYPD is setting up a system to combat malicious drone operators.

Development Discussion
Spriting seems to be What's up with one of our RMers. DerVVulfman continues working on the graphics for his Half Kaiser Battler project, and showed off a green dress. However, after a couple posts, he said he now has to create the same dress for male characters.

Upcoming Projects
It has been over half-a-year since we heard anything about BlueSkies 3, but Starmage said it is still in production. But in the meantime, she gifted us a wonderful piece of fanart of vampiric Count Sagan, donned in his royal crimson armor and his sanguine, concave curved falchion at his side.

If you have need of malevolent harlequins, you should seek out the Various RMXP sprites by Ace_V. Continuing from his endeavor from last week, Ace_V made yet one more nightmarish clown. But unlike the original edit of the RTP with its frizzy and rainbow colored wig, this macabre individual is donning the Fools Hat of a jester.

Creativity Section
Music and Audio
The Save-Point music studio cordially invites you to be a guest within DoubleX's Music Room whereby our illustrious composer had published two new pieces. Full of Regretsiis a slow piece that begins with his typical use of strings and accompanying piano. But once you get past the tinkling glass bells of the bridge, you will be hit by the vocal choir of the lamented past. And DoubleX's fifteenth piece is entitled Stuck in the Past. Beginning as a lighthearted flute and violin concerto, the accompaniment of light chimes is sure to evoke feelings of days of innocence past. But near the end, a soft but mournful choir sounds, a reminder those days are now bygone.

Art and Design
As she continues her Arts and Training Journey, Starmage has encountered many a games in which she has contributed fan-art. And with the summer weather, her travels took her to beachfront property as she visited two new renders for Shadows of the Earth: The Vrila'an Legend! Both renders of dark-haired Mike Blackguard, his form fully visible to gaze upon save for the swimwear or Chippendales garb he dons.

Well, that's it for this week.
