I hear the Democrats are at each others' throats about losing, so I hope this whole thing settles between them all as well. We all need to work together, not divide, especially among the parties themselves. I hear the first things President Trump will work on is the infrastructure and things most can agree on, which would further heal our divides. And I hope it's true. We need unification.
If you pray, please pray for unification. Those people on the streets are not heeding their own leaders' advice to stop the protests, and it's gotten sad. We need them as well to help America work. They're important cogs in the machine, and they aren't helping with their "Trump is Hitler" and "Trump is a racist bigot" signs. Please come together.
That's it. This isn't the end of America. Only a part in its history, one that should not be marred with protests and rhetoric. And I'm very happy with what I saw earlier. Obama and Trump met for 6 times longer than expected, and they wanted to talk longer, but the media was waiting. They seemed like buddies, and the constant calls for unification by Barack Obama himself was surreal. He seems legitimate, well-meaning, and absolutely happy to make things work as well as possible.
