The Grand Dragon did endorse her though. He said she's got a secret agenda she's hiding from everyone, and she's more anti-minority than Trump.
Basically, he believes she's a secret Hitler. He's also donated thousands to her campaign.
(Snopes has an article on it, saying "He was clearly joking when he endorsed her and donated to her", but uhh... Snopes? You have no proof it was a joke, so stop it.)
