King Victor Hansen Hera VI



He is the King of Hera and also grandfather to Princess Catalina De Hera.

Brief Bio

Conspiracy nutjobs believe the legends of lycanthropy in the Hera family bloodline as being true, but scientists at the Royal Institute of Hera have recently debunked such wild tales with facts and logic. After running a battery of blood tests on members of the family, what they had discovered was that the King three generations prior actually suffered from a rare blood disorder that caused strange hair growth. When the past king's concubine Eureka caught him sneakily galivanting through the courtyard at night she was shocked at seeing his condition and started the nasty rumors in town square that the late king was a wolf. The condition plagued him since he was a teenager and nobody was sure what triggered these issues.

Unfortunately, the current King also suffers from such a condition and undergoes treatment to tame the disorder, although nobody has ever seen him on a bad day. The details of how he maintains his condition is considered a top national security secret due to the sensitive nature of his condition.

Jack Johnson

Brief Bio

Retired Hera Royal Knight, action movie stunt double and beast trainer Jack Johnson is the personal bodyguard to King Victor Hansen Hera VI. He owns two basilisk hounds named Geki and Freki and uses an attack helicopter for personal transport. On rare occasion, when people speak badly of the kingdom, he will personally join in arresting dissidents for PR photo ops, domestically and abroad. Royal Knights accompany the King during all negotiations, in any territory or situation, no questions asked. They are also not permitted to engage in negotiations or speak with the press.

So that makes the werewolf king, the king's bodyguard, and the granddaughter princess who is believed to have ran off with Clover. I have no idea what Clover will look like, but naturally he has to have some green. I'm thinking Caucasian/Hispanic looking, brown hair, green eyes, forest camo jeans, black utility belt, black shirt with a bomber jacket, brown boots. Male template 2 (semi-athletic).

The next tasks will be...

• King's battler sprite sheet (normal).
  
• King's battler sprite sheet (transformed).
  
• Jack's battler sprite sheet.
  
• Catalina's battler sprite sheet.
  
• Geki and Freki's sprite sheet.
  

I have most of the template frames needed for the male and female human sprites, Geki and Freki will be a semi-dramatic alter of the Shadow dog sprite. I think for the two dogs, I'm going to make one have a wider body and differently proportioned legs than the other. Since they're "Basilisk" hounds, I'll probably incorporate some lizard element mixed with the fur. Otherwise, their two-tone color pattern (black and white) will have unique spots from one another. The King (transformed) is the only one I'll have to do from semi-scratch.

WOW! I just gotta say two things...

1. I swear by these Staples styluses! I got 3 for like $13, or you can buy one for $10. Worth every penny. Don't use the cheap dollar store crap, you can't swipe, it will break.
   
2. The scaling algorithm for this site is cutting edge! What you're seeing of my images aren't true pixel, it's massaged by the scaler, so it looks 100% better than the real thing. If you right-click and view image in new tab though you should see all the raw pixels. I'll see if I can use this forms scaler to downsize the renders and maintain the same limited color palette. Todo, todo, todo... :o
