It doesn't fit anywhere in the forum as it is not game related, except perhaps ... screenshots of gameplay can be presented????   And its not a game making tool either.  So why not have a slideshow app be here where you can load pics for a fun slideshow of your favorite Subway sammich noodle, space cat, insane proto-human, or whatnot?

Okay, I now have version 1.2 out.
Same link as before.

It now has options to display the current number of an image in the queue and the total number loaded, minor text above the Time Duration horizontal bar so you can better determine how many seconds you set the images to stay, more color options, fixed up the control buttons at the bottom so they vanish if the mouse isn't hovering AND set up a system so you can list individual files of a collection to play in YOUR preferred order.
Up is down, left is right and sideways is straight ahead. - Cord "Circle of Iron", 1978 (written by Bruce Lee and James Coburn... really...)

Now Art Cycler is at version 1.3

Get your favorite screenshots in there and get cycling!

The past couple versions of Art Cycler did work as intended, and the last one did have most of the options I desired, which are indeed optional.  However, I found there was one issue that caused the application to not function.

I placed Art Cycler in the root of a handy-dandy little flash drive and it did not work.  It had an issue with the application path of the root folder and would neither properly present or access the .ACy folders, nor would it properly read files because of the the application path was based on the root folder.  Ergo, work was performed to ensure it could read the .ACy files, the AClst files, and the actual image files loaded into the system.  And now it works just fine.

There is an issue when you do have ... large... numbers of images being shown.  For every 1000 or so images, the system may skip an image or not display it when the cycle starts. An annoyance as the filename(s) for all the images are loaded.  And this is not an issue when you have but a few.  But it does take time to load large numbers of filenames, and it is a factor that may prevent a few images from loading as the slideshow's timer takes note the duration from one image to another.
