Remi-chan's Cinematic Theatre

Cinematic FS09 remade, still gotta settle on a voice actor for Naamah, and Siletrea might be a while doing the Koko lines in here, but here is it with my barely-passable placeholders! :3

Fantasia Scene 09: Protégé of Naamah

This however, is not all I got done. Turns out this red lemming has a phase 2 and lemme tell ya, it's got an intense phase transition cinematic.

Fantasia Battle Intro - Forbidden Cherubim Pexepe: The Fell Genesis

Quote:"Then come, Priestess of the Moon. Show me you are worthy, to carry on Artemis' legacy!

Fantasia Battle Intro - Sojourn Malaise Svoli: Fell Vassal of Cupid

Quote:You fight for a calamity, and a future of false hope!
Yes, the image at the end is a gag.

Given the updates to the sprites, this cinematic was overdue for a small update.

Fantasia Optional Scene 02 - Polaris Arrival

I also added some effects for when the ships lightfold in.

But! That is not all! While it is very much not a scene that will look anything much like this when its complete, I did feel the need to repost this with HoneyNutFemios' voice acting, which happened to include the lines for this scene.

Fantasia Disk 3 - Sacreblu Confronts Yi

The music is yes, different from last time. It's Dragonhawk V from Final Space season 3.

So ya girl might have been busy lately. In preparation for the recode of Rolly's boss fight. I had to make or update a couple of assets!

Fantasia Introduction: Rolly Dorito

This was a cutscene that already existed, now it's just much easier to read the title and name.

Fantasia Battle Intro - Whaledog Rolly: The Farlander of Resolve

Barachielle's voice is provided by me, as it is basically a much less goofy and outgoing version of Rolly's voice, which I also do. Obviously I'm also Pep in this cinematic. The music is a placeholder. I do want to update the background since at present its awfully pixelated in parts.

Fantasia Scene 06 - Playthings No More!

A small visual update to Fyori and Esperia's introductions in the End of Disk 0 cinematic, as well as updated Sacreblu voice lines.

Bonus! Some more Fantasia Introductions, some of which are brand new!

Fantasia Intro: Lilac Grave

Fantasia Intro: Lumi Fuzz

Fantasia Intro: Koko Spiral

Fantasia Intro: Immoral Messenger

Fantasia Intro: Evangelist Eve

Fantasia Intro: Tiramisa Cookiedoe

Fantasia Battle Introduction: Exile Lyza

You can see this in game with a full blown boss battle in the what's up RMer's thread.

Fantasia Scene 05 - Isosceles Arrive

Thought the introduction / entrance of the Embodiment of Terror couldn't get more scary, think again~!

A transition is made from three different bosses with their own phases to the grand finale where you fight all three at once, this demanded a full blown cutscene! Hence, do I introduce:

Fantasia Battle Introduction - The Blood Council

Enjoy~!

Nothing new this week, but some old gold is surely just as welcome! This one has some history, too!

Intelligence 314th Clash Ending (WIP and Unfinished)
This was my first go at a really big epic ending sequence. This was back in my MSpainty era still so there's some definite signs of that. This was a planned ending for Intelligence 314th Clash that was to be a seven minute monstrosity, showcasing all the events that had both come about due to the 314th Clash and the payoff for several story arcs that happened over the span of the game or even that had been built up in games prior. Even in the 20% we got we see the reformation of Galaxia, the restoration of Nadine, the reappearance of Tekerlek (they kinda jumped ship for a bit after the events of menagerie due to the widespread terror Zardari's insurrection caused) and other things were going to be revealed as well. We also see the unistakable parralel's between the character cast of both games. With Pep and Spooky, Fyori and Tristy, Fatty and Rolly and then Limbo and gerald having large areas of overlap. Once we zoomed in on Limbo's shield it was going to take us to the Necropolis with Bubbles (the Grim Reaper) doing some symbolic act to shatter the rules of binding death has had until recently, and other such things, culminating in the shattering of the Mamix by Sacreblu, leaving a massive lightshow, and revealing the countless dimensions beyond the twelfth, leading to the very repetitive skybox we see all over Fantasia, which is the light of that Mamix's shattering still not having faded from our perspective in time.

Yes, it will be remastered and more duly considered for the remaster of Intelligence: Multiverse! But that is a good ways off, and there's still some details I really need to iron out!

I will also reduce its length if at all possible. A lot of that was to have it match up with its chosen temporary music piece: Heir of Grief. But that track by no means has to be a hard and fast rule for its progression, since I'd be getting a custom track composed anyway!

This cinematic was the first time I really tried to do hand-drawn frame by frame animations, most of which were of the Intelligence quadrad and Sacreblu. I'll share the raw files for some of those because I think they are neat, and you might too!

The basic construction work for Sacreblu.

Doing a body turn / shift was pretty ambitious for a first animation! So I approached it with some manner of planning this time!

The result!

Hmm~ Cinema!

This one I did not do construction work for, but it did turn out lovely. I've always been a fan of the breeze affecting fabric, that windswept charm~

And as it turns out, Pjcr did line and color this animation, leading to what we see briefly in some of the intelligence trailers!

And so there you go, a bit of an insight into my cinematic history. Nowadays I usually do the frame by frame animations all on my own, but there are still occasions where outsourcing to other animators or even fanworks are very useful tools!
