Well, I'm not good enough to make a tutorial, but deviantART is full of tutorials on shading in PS. Look for artists like Vyrl, irving-zero, warrenlouw and their galleries.

Yeah, I can't figure out if it's a demon or you forgot to color the eyes after putting in the background.
