I'd also like to point out, the passwords are not encrypted... encryption is a reversible process. The passwords are hashed. Hashing is one-way. The difference is very important. I would also advise, people should be using multi-factor authentication on any accounts that are important to them, like banks and email services.
Do know:
PayPal charges me 3-5% per successful transaction. ( 2.99% domestic US, everywhere else it varies - although AU seems to be more like 1.5% )
