To anyone who uses Discord, be warned that JayRay's Discord Account Was Hacked. He didn't think much about it when he clicked what appeared to be a legitimate link from someone going by Mathias talking about a 2D Adventure Project called MetroidVania. And the hack of his Discord was immediate after clicking the link. So look for Jayvinci account 1662 instead, and block the older JayRay discord account.
Looking at the advertisement packaging of past games was On the mind of Kain Nobel this week, particularly the art-style from SNES or SuperFamicom box art.
Early this week, the U.S. Biden Administration hit the News of the World with five whistleblowers, a former top-official appointed by Biden twice arrested, and another Biden appointee referred to the DOJ for perjury and election tampering. In the midst of all that, John Durham's report was released, stating that the FBI never vetted the debunked Steele Dossier and should should never have begun the Russia Collusion investigation. Along the U.S. southern border, five individuals on the Terror Watch list were arrested, even as border chief Mayorkas deflects by stating White Supremacy is the biggest threat. And New York is in turmoil as both hotels and schools filled with migrants, facing backlash from both parents groups and those with now-cancelled hotel reservations. Ukraine remains defiant against Russian Aggression, even after one of their cities was Razed. But Hungary has chosen to block EU weapons aid, calling Ukraine a hostile nation, this as Ukraine calls out Hungary's OTP bank as sponsoring the Russian invasion. Meanwhile, Ukraine and Britain Announce Joint Effort to Get Ukraine Western Fighters with assurances by Zelensky that they would not be used to attack the Russian mainland. Tech Talk
As expected, Artificial Intelligence was center stage in the News of the Cyber World, whether it is a U.K. biggest broadband and mobile provider plan to cut 40% of their workforce as they introduce AI for automated services, their competitor following suit by cutting 11,000 jobs. And Twitter accused Microsoft of “excessive or abusive” use of Twitter APIs to gather member data for their own means. The U.S. Customs Border Protection's new AI tool used to collect Social Media data, And the U.K. now has a new law where encouraging another to harm themselves brings about a five-year jail sentence, this would include social media content.
Do not buy the hype from TikTok, as the Chinese Hackers notes that a former Exec of the Parent company admits that China has all access to TikTok user data, and had backdoor access from the very beginning.

Development Discussion
Work continues on a variety of projects, if you wondered What's up among your fellow RMers. DerVVulfman stated he is nearly done with the Left-handed female Half Kaiser template he is crafting, while he considers updating his Spritesheet tool. kyonides appears to lament over students in his math class that cannot do simple formulas, thinking they may better educate themselves if an RPG making was one of their hobbies. And Remi-chan had revisited a number of her in-game cutscenes with rewrites to clear up some points of interest or game mythos.
Material Development
Scripts Database
Kyonides added a variety of Member Swapping methods to his General Methods XP VX & ACE library, though one of the methods already existed within RPGMaker VXAce system.
Kyonides created the SkopeMenu XP script to let the player change the skope or targets of a particular skill in the form of a selectable 'recipe'.
Your party's armaments may do some unusual tricks with KWeaponDamage XP by kyonides. With this script for RPGMaker XP, weapons may drain the wielder's health when they attack their foes, or actually heal one struck by their blade.
For those using RPGMaker VXAce, kyonides made the Single Quest Title ACE script to display the name of a particular quest on the map in the same way one could display the name of a map. The use of in-game RPGMaker Variables should be simple with this system.

Music and Audio
Indeed, One can say that Eric Matyas has been working on His Original Music for some time when DerVVulfman found an old link in the forum from nearly a decade ago. And in all that time, our composer continues to share his works. This week, you may wish to venture into the "Dark Lands", a foreboding melody that would fit any vampire castle, desecrated graveyard or the like. Or you may find it necessary to watch your footing within the ""Bubble Gum Factory", a retro cyber tune that you could have fun with in any Ratchet and Clank fan game.
Well, that's it for this week.
"I remixed a remix, it was back to normal." - Mitch Hedberg
