General Chat
Were you to ask kyonides "What are YouTubing", he would ask you if SpaceX's recent launch a success or a failure. However, the video he watched spoke of the history of the current space launch project and what will likely be the next steps.
The recent data leak from the U.S. Pentagon still hit the News of the World. And while the U.K. said that some of the information was not true, there was fury over claims the U.S. spied on the United Nation's president. Meanwhile, things seem dark for U.S. President Biden as a whistleblower alleges proof of meddling in his son's criminal investigation, the former acting CIA director revealed that Biden's current Secretary of State pushed a Russian Disinformation hoax during the Biden/Trump 2020 election, and Biden's Homeland Security Chief may be moments away from being impeached. Of the border, even New York's Mayor Adams now admits a migrant crisis exists. And for New York's Attorney General, things have gone bad as witnesses testify over crime during his tenure, and a judge blocked the A.G.'s lawsuit to stop the federal agency designed to oversee judicial proceedings such as his case against former President Trump. In a tit-for-tat, Russia expelled German diplomats after Germany did the same with Russian counterparts. Meanwhile, one of President Vladimir Putin's critics has been jailed for treason, and later loses an appeal on his sentence length. Two arrested for illegal acts in one of China's world-wide police stations, public service unions rallying against Canada's government over revised contracts, the Space-X failed launch, and much more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
As expected, Social Media dominated the News of the Cyber World as Maryland joined a lawsuit aimed at social media giants over mental health harm, and newly uncovered documents revealed that U.S. agencies had full access to Twitter's private DMs prior to Elon Musk's takeover. While Musk seeks to fix that by encrypting the message system, the United Kingdom threatens amid protests to pull any platform that seeks to do so. It is a bad time for Meta as more layoffs continue, and American users of Facebook can now apply for part of the $725 Million privacy violation settlement Parler's purchase and planned platform redesign, Google drones in Australia, and more also hit this week's cyber-news.

Development Discussion
Long term work appears to be What's up with some RMers in the community as DerVVulfman found need to make reversed facing templates for his Half Kaiser Battler Project. Meanwhile, Remi-chan breaks down some of the content she had cut from the third demo for Fantasia, be it the commandeered Asteroid of Doom or what lies within the eye of a storm.

After many years.Brenda's Paperdoll Battlers now has a new name, and new mechanics. But as before, he has two demos available, one to show how it can change layers of graphics on any hero or enemy in battle, while the second works with a sideview multi-framed animation system.

Music and Audio
It has been months since he's appeared. But now Eric Matyas is back as he continues Sharing His Original Music and Sound. He released two versions of a monster dance party track that includes the drum beat from Prince's song, '1999'. For those who relish fantasy scores, the Dark Quest is a short but compelling piece with ethereal chimes. But more exists which he released this week.
Well, that's it for this week.
