(April 10 to April 16, 2023)

Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

Official Area
Occasions
This week, Nonombom appeared, making an introduction to have a fully active account to acquire some resources. There wasn't much within the introduction with the exception that RPGMaker MV was in use, but that may change. He was greeted by DerVVulfman who inquired if anything else would be shared.

General Chat
If you were curious about asking kyonides "What are YouTubing?", you may find that history was his interest, particularly Ukraine's under various empires, and why Crimea was gifted to Ukraine a decade after World War II.

This week's News of the World was rife with violence, as at least two shootings rocked Louisville Kentucky that week, an explosion occurred during the Japanese Prime Minister's campain speech days after North Korea launched ballistic missiles over the island nation, riots break out in France as the new Pension law was passed and signed, and Costa Rica saw a spike in violence over the drug trade. Not long after Finland joined NATO, their embassy received a letter from Russia with a suspicious substance, this while Russia hypocritcally calls out Norway as being a hostile nation. Cutting back on resources hit this week's news as well as U.S.'s President Biden planned to cut water to several states that have suffered severe droughts for decades, and Germany plans to shut down its last nuclear plants while its own Chamber of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) warns of the resulting energy crisis that would happen. New York's D.A. sues the Judicial Oversight Committee itself while Former President Trump sues Bragg's star witness over lawyer/client privilege, slander and liable, and breach-of-contract claims. And for New York Mayor Adams, the biggest problem seems to be rats, and not the rise in crime. Taiwan's new Air Force Insignia mocking China's President, the arrested online leaker of U.S. Pentagon files, China's troops massing along India's border over disputed lands, the resignation of everyone at Trudeau's foundation over the China Doners Scandal, and much more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
Issues with digital security dominates this week's News of the Cyber World as a 54 year old con artist of 30 years was busted for using TicTok to bilk thousands from his victims. Meanwhile, Brazil's Justice Minister announced restrictions on Social Media to combat escalating attacks on children. And be wary of AI as a third party edition of OpenAI had been developed with notions to destroy humanity and cause chaos and mayhem. China's AI project to promote socialism, messages from Twitter's Private Tweet system being revealed, crooks finding unusual security bypasses to hijack cars, and more hit this week's cyber-news.

Games Development
Development Discussion
Paperdoll systems were What's up with RMers when Steel Beast 6Beets was reminded of another RPGMaker game that included a system that changed the characters based on the weapons equipped when he saw DerVVulfman's latest work. DerVVulfman noted he's seen such even in evented RPGMaker 2000 systems, but went and continued his work on his overlay system for battle system combatants, and then professed that he worked out much of his system with visible improvements made. However, he suggested that some upgrades would likely be needed for his Half Kaiser Battler Project.

Creativity Section
Literature Section
The second installment of Federal Bureau of Instigation took the headstrong government agent within kyonides's tale and centered him into the middle of an investigation. However, the team leader has very strong doubts about the rookie agent's ability to even follow orders and give him a menial task out of the way.

Well, that's it for this week.
