(March 27 to April 2, 2023)

Welcome dear readers to the latest issue of the Weekly Gazette! Here in the Gazette, we give you the news in brief of what occurred in the past week as well as provide any news happening in Save-Point itself

Official Area
Occasions
Near the end of the week, IJUSTWANNADOWNLOAD3000 joined the board, his intentions being pretty obvious.

General Chat
For Americans, the Indictment against former US President Trump was the big thing in the News of the World, with the Conservatives calling it another case of the Justice Department being weaponized. Even Democrat Andrew Cuomo condemned the actions of A.G. Bragg over the issue. Yet, the Justice Department under the Biden Administration was found to have notified Marshals from arresting protestors illegally picketing at the homes of the Supreme Court Justices, and that the IRS paid a visit to the Twitter File's Journalist the very day he was to go before Congress over government weaponization itself. China may be hit hard soon as their exports decline, and word that the U.S. House passed a bill addressing the crime of forced organ harvesting going on under the Chinese Communist regime. Meanwhile, Japan plans to enact stronger export restrictions on chipmaking technology to China. Simultaneously, China was found to give billions in loans to various countries, the bulk beginning in 2016, and seizing assets and expanding influence when unable to pay. The FTX Founder's bribe to Chinese Officials, U.S. President Biden's recent FAA nominee and his current DHS secretary under fire, Germany's growing debt, veering away from lab-made fake meat, and much much more hit this week's news.

Tech Talk
This week's News of the Cyber World was hit with legal issues. No longer is speech free as a woman is on trial for insulting French President Macron on Facebook, and a man who posted Hillary Clinton memes in 2016 was convicted of election interference. There is not only that, but the Biden Administration is now being sued for its part in censorship of social media content. TicTok being banned appears more of a go ahead in Japan, but not for Rand Paul in the U.S. Senate. After Mr. Paul's statement over speech rights were made, Senator Hawley wondered how "Americans have the right to be spied upon". The worry over A.I.s development speed, another Crypto Currency company involved in a lawsuit, and more hit this week's cyber-news.

Games Development
Development Discussion
Headaches and triumph hit DerVVulfman this week once you found out What's up with this wolf pelt RMer. He realized there were issues with the paperdoll script he wished to revise, particularly that the new feature needed to know the difference between weapon and armor IDs. But with some dilligence, he came up with an elaborate solution.

Material Development
Scripts Database
While a new script, DerVVulfman updated Ah-sung's Paperdoll system with new features. The sprite layering system, typically recognized as Visual Equipment, now offers the ability to update and change a single equipment piece's graphic depending upon others in use. And the system now allows for a single equipment work with two or more graphic files to permit enhanced multiple layering.

Special Projects
JayVinci Studios
JayVinci Resources
The further work upon the "JayVinci" Resurrection project has brought forth more than just hope. JayRay's work to develop a system to automate the generation of graphics with his Odin batch file has continued, and states that roughly 1/3rd of the automation has been worked out. Just in case, he had uploaded his work in case of data loss.

Well, that's it for this week.

Happy with a sweat Ouch! I guess that confirms other actors' complaints against the film maker.
