Okay so basically all I'm asking is how do I make a HUD, like the HP bar, MP bar, Level, Experience etc.
I also need some advice on an ABS, although I've got a backwater non-scripting one in my head that I can make customly.
Bottom line is I'm tired of looking all over the internet and not finding what i need, and I'm sick of sleaze bags who act like they know everything about scripting, but when they get in to do their job they don't know character to events!

Well you could use pictures to make the HUD with a common event, or just script it.
If you're going to use a common event (which I assume you probably will be doing), you can use pictures of numbers (0-9) and the modulus operator to display each digit of the HP/MP/level/exp. You can get the percentages easily enough if you want to make some bar guages or whatever.

As towards an ABS, they have been around since Near Fantastica scripted his ABS and later his SBABS systems, and have grown through to Moghunter's ABS and Mr.Mo's ABS. Each has their own built-in Hud, though a clever scripter could customize the hud itself once they get used to it.
Fair warning... ABSs can be complex and very visual or simple in design and easy to use. So, what do you want in your ABS... that's the question.

I'm going for a pretty simple abs, with some complexities thrown in here and there.
I mostly just need to kick monster butt and shoot spells but also need to incorporate armor, special weapons, forged weapons and such like that

I figured it out, thanks guys for your help, I finally figured out how to make a HUD, and without coding too! =D

Encorperating armor, weapons and the like are separate scripts and don't necessarily need to be specific for an ABS. Personally, I use Mr.Mo's ABS which is in the user submitted scripts section. There's plenty of scripts there. But if you wanna take a look, check the 'forum script listings' which is a table of contents of the scripts. It's in the scripts section too... stickied.

Alright, I typed in Mr. Mo's ABS in on the forum search bar in the user submitted scripts section but it couldn't find it. I would like to try the Mr. Mo's if it's really worth it.
As for jaberwocky, I found the modulus with the link you gave me, thank you so much dude, but why when I try to mod it to where it shows MP as well as HP it sort of fails miserably...? I've made different pics, different corresponding variables that go just with the MP and even moving the icons around on the screen yet still it doesn't work correctly. Am I missing something?

You don't need different pics, you just need to change it so it sets the digit variable to the MP and max MP instead of the HP and max HP >.>
