Super Simple MCISendString

This simple MCISendString example based on my MCISendString system, this excerpt may instruct users how to play audio with the Windows winmm.dll, stop playback and even read the current position of the music/audio played in milliseconds.
That's pretty much it.

Oh, the routine to detect the RTP from your Game.Ini and the RTP path from the Windows registry was hella fun to figure out (Not).
