Thank you is there away I could improve ot without having to redraw the whole thing. I want to improve but I don't want to redraw all of it,
What is so bad about this picture. . .

Hmmm, I'm not familiar with the paint tool that you are using, but to make it better I think you need to go in and make all of the outline weights more consistent, so they all have the same darkness/thickness. When you do that make sure to smooth out the curves and get rid of any stray angular surfaces (i.e. the one shoulder has a tiny bump next to where it connects that could be rounded off). I'm not sure what resolution the picture is at, but the higher it is, the easier it would be to create fluid lines. Also, you could check if your program or some other program has a blending function. This kind of smears different colors together and you could use it to give more incremental shading. I think this would help a lot because the shading seems like it is in good locations.

I'm not sure, I'd just keep drawing till you got better. You've got some very good foundations, you just need practice.
