Arcade Game System WIP

Well, pretty much aliased the wizmenu with scene_map, thats all i did for wizmenu but i added a title screen script with options added to the command window.

maybe some other stuff but i can't remember...

i think i will make a hud, interaction system and a battle system later down the line for this... why? well i just want to learn RGSS2 right now so i kida need the practice as i am a super noob.(training to defeat the evil...)

anyway here it is:
