btw, square enix will never fail!!! they got like the ultimate case study proving that any game they make is gonna work.
heck, even a cat can become a hero(good graphics = fun to look at). story,

about your project:

u might wanna tell a bit more about ur main characters, like age, birthplace(separation of towns, seems like the game is set in one country... thinking ur gonna have to make it seem BIG), fighting style(its terrible to mix up everything under on heading), background/history and gender.

also, whats her assets? money? gold? boobs? cant have readers trying to figure it out.
a game is pretty much a lot of stuff put together, so u might wanna just stick to story.
u dont wanna write the entire thing in one go though, so u can stop at a point for ur demo or something.
do the same for ur other areas:
graphics: progress bar

then blend it together and voila, u got a nice well balanced game project.
