Tyrant of Babylon

Quote:The Scarlet Price is the gift mankind earned. Theirs was an overly ambitious breed that needed a means to keep them in check, and so I grafted that vex upon them.
Their livespans quartered, their impulses harder to ignore... Their libido amplified and their souls worth far more. Now with this little curse of theirs they have become my main means of growing my power and influence. This city of Babylon will be used to draw mortals in with promises of sating their greed, their hunger, their thirst and their hubris. But it is all a ruse, they will come here, and lost in a haze of sinful pleasure, they will die and be removed from the equation. I will eat them, and I will enjoy every euphoric moment of their fall. I will look upon their face of ecstacy turned to one of terror and remind them that it is not that they were ever made in G0D's image... They were made to serve, and if they cannot manage something so simple as that, then they are food. I delight in the irony of their rebellious attempts to earn their freedom. I once was one of them, but I find it very easy to serve a mistress. I can still be myself, and so can they, but that isn't good enough for them-- but as feed, they are good enough for me~
I'm going to devour them and feast on their souls. That is the true reason for the founding of my fair city. Wrapped in the guise of a sinner's paradise, shall they walk away from innocence, with their entitlement leading them to their final day on this world they ruin. The skies light up with neon signage, and the canals fill with their irksome blood. The impious shall fall under my heel, and all of their hopes shall wither with the inferno of sadism and sensuality I bring.
Let the way to the true paradise stay closed to their cursed kind, for they are but a tasty blemish upon Eden. They must be treated as such a stain and be terminated. Their flavor is oddly exquisite for being such potentially foul creatures, so once they are too far gone for the Lamb to redeem, they are my prey...
