Aspect of Time

Infinite Esoteric Possibilities, branching paths of choices both conscious and not, denied. There is only one path this cosmos can take, all deviations serving as little more than mere posturations of blind optimism. There is only one way it can end, only one way it can advance, one sun... One outcome.

This, was the foolish idea I once believed. Mortalkind bided its time as if a comatose schemer, and from the very stage of the G0Ds they pulled out the rug on such a bizarrely unsettling concept. Time accomodates and adapts for those willing to mess with its weave, the entire cosmos seems dangerously maliable, as if playdough in the toybox of an army of bored infants. Smashing rocks together until sparks fly and new discoveries are made. It is that latent curiosity that the Twins were clearly trying to avoid fostering, for it is a fount of untamed potential that could indeed and did indeed chip away at their control and free their so-called simulation of its purpose.

Let them get what they desire, once they do-- they'll leave us be. The Architect is like an open book, she put too much effort into this project to just let it all be erased in one motion of cold apathy. She has a heart, and it will let her be manipulated against all she at least pretends to care about.
Once they leave us be, me and my posse will come to fill the power vacuum left behind, regardless of whatever plans the Final Oracle or the First Guardian may have had.

The events of the garden repeating on a cosmic scale is something I refuse to let happen. In some bizarre way I'm saving mortalkind from its own stupidity, by breaking their trust in their ability to control that which they are not entitled to control they will no longer be a threat. That indomitable spirit of theirs will be hard to break, but I have spent over two quadrillion years awaiting this final war, and I don't intend to give it all up.

Mortalkind will be crushed under the wheels of their own progress, and as their hatreds towards each other quicken in an ever-escalating series of conflicts, I will no longer need to serve as its master practitioner. War will become a self-sustaining system, built into the very principles of those who might otherwise fight for a transitory peace- built on barefaced lies and bottled emotion.

A samsara of hellfire and torturous nihility, a raging blaze which drives all to fight and die only to be reborn in null ouroboros. They will fight or be crushed under the heels of the bloodthirsty. Mortals are wrathful, stupid and rage-blinded creatures, ever prone to follow impulsive idiocy than innovative thought. Their eternal enemy has always been their own savage nature, and so I will exploit that to ensure they exploit no more.

And as they set the tripwire on that accursed construct that I have corrupted beyond measure, their last means of salvation will be gone and the Final Round will begin.

Millions upon millions of lives, homes and concepts quashed by their own folly, all their hopes and dreams thought realized, all of that sacrificed... For less than nothing.

Mortalkind's entitlement shall be their greatest wound.
