I don't have a condenser mic sadly, though I hope to buy one next year. I'm splashing out on a new PC soon before that.
I record my guitar digitally using a line 6 UX2. When I get a mic I'll use that to record too because it has phantom power and a built in pre-amp.

I use a LOT of different stuff.
My host software (aka "Digital Audio Workstation", or "DAW") is REAPER. I record guitar and bass using my Line 6 UX2 and Pod Farm 2 emulation software.
Most of my virtual instruments are made with Komplete 8 by Native Instruments and I use Ozone 5 for mastering.
I also use a bunch of other plugins for mixing but the list is pretty huge.
If you give me a more specific question about what you need then I can probably help you more. :)

Yes I wrote almost all the music - the theme tune at the start plus anything after the 2 minute 11 seconds mark when the 2 guys start arguing. The other piece was done by Ryan the animator/writer. I also mixed the sound. :)
