I have made Scene Generator similar on Script Generator from dubealex.

Controls:
TAB - to be switched between moving/extension
Esc - exit
Enter - export of a code to a file Scene_Code.txt
+ /- - to add/clean a window
Up, Down, Left, Right - manipulation with a window
1-9 - switching between windows
