CHINA: Chinese Media Says Beijing Demanded Biden Rejoin Iran Nuclear Deal During ‘Backchannel Talks’

According to Communist Chinese media outlets, Beijing opened “backchannel talks” with individuals close to the Biden team last month. These backchannel communications would essentially find the Biden team in violation of the Logan Act, an allegation they freely made of the incoming Trump administration in 2016.
The Communist Chinese affiliated Hong Kong publication, South China Morning Post, reported that through this established “backchannel,” the Chinese foreign minister, Wang Yi, undiplomatically and pointedly “ordered” Biden to rejoin the Iran Nuclear Agreement, lift sanctions of Iran, and rollback the hardline policies against the Chinese Communist government.

The US shall return to the Iran nuclear deal as soon as possible and without any preconditions, and the US should also scrap all sanctions imposed on Iran, other third-party entities and individuals.

Yi had made those statements during a video conference hosted by the European Union.  The conference was attended virtually by foreign ministers from Russia, Iran, Britain, France and Germany, all signatories to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (Iran Nuclear Agreement).

The idea that the Biden team has opened up “backchannel” communications with Communist China on matters of US policy and foreign relations finds the Biden team engaging in the very acts for which Democrats and Progressives wanted General Michael Flynn jailed.
The Logan Act – the law the Left cited in alleging obstruction and illegal communications by the incoming Trump administration, is a 1799 law that calls for the fine and/or imprisonment of private citizens who attempt to intervene without authorization in matters between the United States and foreign governments.

The writer claims that there's nothing we can do for now. Everything might change after the Inauguration Day.
Sadly, Democrats control the Congress and the Senate.

Patrick Byrne: This Is a ‘Communist Party Takeover’

Patrick Byrne, founder and former CEO of Overstock, told Jenny Chang, the host of NTD Television’s “Focus Talk” program, that what is happening now in the United States is a “Communist Party takeover.”
Byrne is concerned that in the future, even questioning the reported irregularities of the 2020 election will count as “an act of domestic extremism.”

That’s what the left is trying to do here. They have a bill that they’re ready to pass as soon as they get in that basically imposes a Chinese-style censorship state.
I think this is a Communist Party takeover.
What they’re going to try to do is take the FBI and Department of Homeland Security and CIA, and just completely unleash them as instruments of oppression against their domestic political opponents, all under the disguise of ‘We’re fighting domestic extremism … you saw Congress get overrun.
This is a color revolution. And it was managed really to the T and executed.
It’s quite Orwellian.
I think that the Achilles heel of liberalism is corruption of the institutions.

Facebook Removing All Content That Mentions ‘Stop the Steal’ Ahead of Inauguration Day

Facebook announced on Monday it is removing all content that contains the phrase “stop the steal” ahead of President-elect Joe Biden’s Inauguration Day on Jan. 20.
The company issued a statement saying it was removing content containing the phrase that was used by supporters of President Donald Trump to question the integrity of the 2020 general election. Trump supporters held multiple rallies across the country called “Stop the Steal” following the Nov. 3 election.
The social media company said that the move is an attempt to remove content that “could incite further violence during these next few weeks.” Content will be removed under the company’s Coordinating Harm policy.

It's clear for us now that they don't care about the 1st Amendment at all.
They were involved in buying votes in Georgia, even if the company is located in Silicon Valley, California.

China Develops Helmets for Soldiers With Self-Destruct Button

The Chinese military is equipping soldiers stationed in Tibet with newly developed helmets embedded with a self-destruct button.
The button will trigger an embedded bomb to go off, killing the soldier.
“At a battalion or brigade level command center, a commander monitors a soldier who is far away by using the navigation system. The commander can activate the self-destruct function of the soldier’s helmet if he can’t get in contact with him,” state-run media China Observer reported on Dec. 27.
Soldiers can also press the button themselves. “If a soldier is seriously wounded and doesn’t want to be captured, he can activate the self-destruct function himself. This can maintain his dignity, as well as prevent the enemy from obtaining this system,” the report stated.
The new helmet is part of a so-called “individual soldier digital combat system” given to troops in the Tibet theater command. They face Indian troops at the border, where there were recent skirmishes over disputed territory in the Ladkh region.
The system includes an antenna and bomb, night vision multifunctional glasses, and a digital control terminal that can be worn on the arm.

Now Chinese soldiers are worth nothing to the CCP.

Federal Judges Again Say ‘No’ to Cuomo’s Limits on Church Attendance

Gov. Andrew Cuomo lost another round in federal court when a three-judge panel from the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals vacated a lower court’s prior decision favoring the New York Democrat’s severe limits on worship gatherings.
The high court said in that Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn v. Andrew M. Cuomo, Governor of New York ruling that religious groups must not be subjected to more severe restrictions than other entities, such as grocery stores, gyms, bars, and casinos. Officials proposing such restrictions must demonstrate a “compelling state interest” requiring the regulation and that it is applied in the narrowest possible manner.

It’s a simple question of equality of treatment. The Supreme Court is not persuaded in Brooklyn Diocese by all these arguments that somehow churches are more dangerous than factories and supermarkets and big-box stores, and liquor stores because well, they’re sitting close together.

We all know how Andrew Cuomo hates Christians while de Blasio alias De Payaso hates Jews and probably Christians as well. Both of them don't care even a little bit about cops.

Trump Administration Designates Cuba as State Sponsor of Terrorism

The Trump administration has redesignated Cuba as a state sponsor of terrorism and will impose new sanctions in coming days.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced the move in a statement on Jan. 11, noting Cuba’s harboring of fugitives and its support for socialist Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro.
The communist country was also flagged by the Department of State for “repeatedly providing support for acts of international terrorism in granting safe harbor to terrorists,” according to the statement.
Among them is Joanne Chesimard, known as Assata Shakur, a former member of the Marxist Black Liberation Army who has been promoted by the founders of the Black Lives Matter movement.

Well, it was about time. Cuba has been cultivating relationships with the Soviet Union and China. It also supports Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela and any revolutionary working in Latin America as well.
