Eric Swalwell and the Chinese Spy

Former Presidential candidate, Eric Swalwell, had been close to Chinese Spy Fang Fang (or Christine Fang). She was part of a Beijing spying operation lasting from 2011 until 2015, when she left the country.

Her acquaintance with him lasted several years, beginning when he was on the Dublin city council in California, before he won a stunning victory over a Democratic incumbent to enter the House of Representatives. She then raised funds for his 2014 re-election campaign. Federal investigators informed Mr Swalwell of concerns about Ms Fang in 2015, the same year he secured a seat on the House intelligence committee, which oversees various agencies including the CIA and the FBI.

So let me get this straight, the spy, and essentially China, worked to have Swalwell re-elected?   Trust me, I left out plenty, like how his brother kept ties with her on Facebook until just now.
  And if you're wondering how Swalwell can remain on Senate Intelligence, ask why Dianne Feinstein can too when she had a Chinese spy in employ.  Funny how we only find out about Swalwell now.

A SpaceX Mars rocket prototype just exploded.
It was still a success

A giant experimental rocket built by Elon Musk's SpaceX successfully soared eight miles above the company's testing facilities in South Texas on Wednesday and came back down as planned, before crashing into the ground in an enormous plume of flames and smoke.

    Thankfully, it was an un-manned test flight for this prototype. But Musk seems to have a trend for embracing such screw-ups and using what he learned for better products down the line.

FTC and over 40 States Sues Facebook!

The Federal Trade Commission today sued Facebook, alleging that the company is illegally maintaining its personal social networking monopoly through a years-long course of anticompetitive conduct. Following a lengthy investigation in cooperation with a coalition of attorneys general of 46 states, the District of Columbia, and Guam, the complaint alleges that Facebook has engaged in a systematic strategy—including its 2012 acquisition of up-and-coming rival Instagram, its 2014 acquisition of the mobile messaging app WhatsApp, and the imposition of anticompetitive conditions on software developers—to eliminate threats to its monopoly. This course of conduct harms competition, leaves consumers with few choices for personal social networking, and deprives advertisers of the benefits of competition.

The FTC is seeking a permanent injunction in federal court that could, among other things: require divestitures of assets, including Instagram and WhatsApp; prohibit Facebook from imposing anticompetitive conditions on software developers; and require Facebook to seek prior notice and approval for future mergers and acquisitions.

Texas Leads Multiple States
in Lawsuit over Election Results

The lawsuit asks the Supreme Court to nullify Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Georgia's elections as they violated the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.

When non-legislative actors in other States encroach on the authority of the 'Legislature thereof' in that State to administer a Presidential election, they threaten the liberty, not just of their own citizens, but of every citizen of the United States who casts a lawful ballot in that election—including the citizens of amici States.

    Georgia attorney want to say everything is okay. Fat chance, given that security camera of briefcase ballots came out.

Hunter Biden tax investigation confirms what we knew
and mainstream media covered up

Before the Presidential Election, Fox News got word and reported that federal prosecutors opened a criminal investigation on Hunter Biden's dealings with China and other countries.  Joe Biden, during the last debate when Trump confronted him and his son made claim "there are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what he’s accusing me of is a Russian plan", this turnong out to be completely wrong. Please recall how no mainstream media outlet wanted to discuss or even touch the Hunter Biden story.
