Police investigating the fatal shooting of a police officer in south London say four crime scenes are being searched.
Sgt Matiu Ratana, 54, from New Zealand, died in hospital on Friday after being shot in Croydon as a handcuffed suspect was being taken into custody.
The 23-year-old suspect, who is thought to have then shot himself, remains in a critical condition, police said.
The BBC's Daniel De Simone said the Banstead address is down a long driveway and contains a series of concrete bunkers.

On Saturday Spain's Health Minister Salvador Illa said current restrictions did not go far enough.
He said it was "time to act with determination" to control the pandemic.
"There is a serious risk for inhabitants, for the neighbouring regions," Mr Illa said, calling on the capital's regional authorities to "put the health of citizens first" and impose a partial lockdown on the entire city.
Spain's regions are in charge of healthcare and so the central government does not have the power to impose the restrictions it prefers.

A man suspected of injuring two people with a meat cleaver in Paris has admitted to deliberately targeting the former offices of the satirical Charlie Hebdo magazine, French media report.
The man, an 18-year-old born in Pakistan, reportedly linked his actions to the magazine's recent republication of cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.
Charlie Hebdo did this as a trial over the 2015 Islamist attack on the magazine which killed 12 people began.

Yeah, he seriously wanted to kill them all in the name of their Allah. It's terrible to know you need to go hiding to prevent lunatics from showing at your door to get rid of you... permanently.
