All throughout the United States, these seeds have popped up. Mailed to them, the packages claim to be anything from Toys to Jewelry, but all with Chinese markings. The basic assumption is that these seeds may be an 'Invasive Species' that could be harmful to US Agriculture. And the USDA sent out a notice that anyone who received them to contact local agricultural officials.
