Although the worst of COVID-19 in China appears to be over, a possible resurgence is brewing in remote northeastern Heilongjiang province. Containment measures have been introduced as residents fear for their safety.
The provincial capital, Harbin, has also reported several new COVID-19 infection clusters at hospitals. In one instance, an 87-year-old patient infected 78 others within a few days, forcing the Harbin Second Hospital to close.

You know it, I know it, we all know how China doesn't really love the truth at all. The question here is... will Chinese authorities try to hurt the Australian Daily Telegraph somehow after they made these revelations public?

It notes a 2013 study conducted by a team of researchers, including Dr Shi, who collected a sample of horseshoe bat faeces from a cave in Yunnan province, China, which was later found to contain a virus 96.2 per cent identical to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that caused COVID-19.

Their November 2015 study, done in conjunction with the University of North Carolina, concluded that the SARS-like virus could jump directly from bats to humans and there was no treatment that could help.

And yet, China denied it could be transmitted from bats to humans directly, check the snake and pangolin fake theories, and then hid the fact there was human to human transmission as well.

A few years later, in March 2019, Dr Shi and her team, including Peng Zhou, who worked in Australia for five years, published a review ­titled Bat Coronaviruses in China ... It is highly likely that future SARS or MERS like coronavirus outbreaks will originate from bats, and there is an increased probability that this will occur in China.

Their scientists knew China's bats could ignite another severe outbreak. Nope, they didn't stop their research, did they?
