by Kyonides Introduction Traditionally in the RM series, the Pharmacology feature is an Increase in the Healing Effect of any skill or item. This script also sports the Extra Damage feature (damage_extra). The NO_SLIP_STATE_ID Constant lets you setup a new No Slip Damage state in the DB. It is valid for both HP and SP! ![]() You can also use script calls to alter the Pharma Factor, the Damage Factor, the Pharma Only type specification, and the No Slip Percent! ![]() Both features can be activated and deactivated at will. Both heroes and foes might become the targets of the dreadful clear_pharma! feature! ![]() Yet, heroes have the advantage of having the process_pharma method to restore their pharmacology settings. Since increasing the hero's ability to heal faster than usual might be a boring feature for some people, I managed to add another one, namely its polar opposite or Extra Damage! ![]() I have also included a lot more instructions just in case something was not clear enough for you guys. ![]() RE: Pharmakology XP - kyonides - 05-01-2023 Maintenance Update
Version 1.0.1 of your favorite Pharmakology XP script has been published to fix a bug issue and change some methods a little bit to prevent an actor's or enemy's pharma data from getting lost at some point. Don't be like Garfield and have a nice Monday!

Now the pharma_only flag allows you the developer to apply the pharmacology benefits only to HP or SP. NOTE: nil is the default value, allowing the actor or trooper to get any of the benefits at any given time. Examples: Code: $game_party.actors[0].pharma_only = :hp Both heroes and foes might become the targets of the dreadful clear_pharma! feature! ![]() This method was only available for enemies before, but now actors might also suffer the consequences of infuriating the game developer during gameplay! ![]() To restore an actor's pharmacology settings call process_pharma: Code: $game_party.actors[0].process_pharma |
