lol olivia!

277 AD: Probus enters Rome to have his position as Emperor ratified by the Senate.

277 is the smaller of the two prime factors of the number 9000007 (read nine million and seven), which is significant as the first composite number in the sequence 97, 907, 9007, 90007, 900007, 9000007, 90000007 and so on (the next prime after 900007 has fourteen zeroes).

Since no number added to the sum of its digits generates 277, it is a self number. The next prime self number is not reached until 367.

282 Because I pay attention and know how to count. This is the 282nd post why would the number be anything else?

276....or 286? Logically every post in this thread counted a number. Even the ones with no number being posted still has a number on the far left that appears to be counting correctly. So there's no logical reason the number being posted and the post number should be out of sync. Even if someone types an incorrect number the real number will always be shown to the left. Being out of sync makes this an epic fail in my logical opinion.

Anyway at this current rate we count about 150 numbers a year (could be slightly more). According to my calculations we should reach 1 million in 6666.5 years. So we should be done with this in the year 8677... (That's 6666 years added to year 2011). Well there you go guys, Have fun.
