RE: News of the World - DerVVulfman - 05-07-2020

The Case against Gen. Michael Flynn dropped by the DOJ
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/drops-doj-case-against-michael-flynn-in-wake-of-internal-memo-release
Well, that's TWO black eyes for the FBI. The Horowitz report showed that FBI agents they went after Carter Page illegally. And now it was uncovered that FBI agents actively worked to entrap Flynn to either get him arrested or get him fired, had no reason to interview him at all (which Comey set up), and messed with the 32-year veteran's '302' Interview report. And his initial guilty plea was coerced under a threat by the FBI to prosecute his son.

Since new evidence showed up that members of the FBI literally intended to put Flynn in a perjury trap,
The Flynn bombshell puts renewed attention on Durham probe
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/flynn-bombshell-puts-renewed-attention-on-durham-probe-source-says-barr-talking-to-him-every-day
Think about the revealed notes showing the FBI's intent. "The handwritten notes were penned by the FBI’s former head of counterintelligence Bill Priestap after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and before Flynn’s interview." As of now, sources say charges could be justified against officials, and that those reviewing the Justice Department and the FBI's actions are building a "serious case."

Oh, sure some out there are saying "BUT HE PLED GUILTY", but might I remind you...

(05-01-2020, 04:37 AM)DerVVulfman Wrote: But how did they get Flynn to plead guilty of the charges if he was innocent??
https://www.nationalreview.com/2020/04/explosive-revelations-in-the-flynn-case/
"Specifically, Flynn is said to have been warned that, if he refused to plead guilty, prosecutors would charge his son with a felony for failing to register with the Justice Department as a foreign agent."
Now it's extortion? Incredible And further reading shows they intended to hide this from the court!

He was coerced and extorted into the plea.

House Intelligence Transcripts: Top Obama Officials saw no Russian Collusion
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/intel-transcripts-obama-officials-no-empirical-evidence-trump-russia-collusion
“I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election,” former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified in 2017.
“The transcripts show a total lack of evidence, despite Schiff personally going out saying he had more than circumstantial evidence that there was collusion”
"Mueller, similarly, at the conclusion of his nearly two-year-long investigation, said he and his team found no evidence of criminal conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia..."

A lawyer would say that there was no predication to continue based on the lack of evidence. Or more simply put, they didn't have any evidence to support a warrant... a warrant to have the U.S. go through over two years of Russia Collusion Conspiracy and the Mueller Investigation. Sarcasm
