RE: What's up, Kainers?! - Bounty Hunter Lani - 11-11-2016

Although I'd prefer it be something different, you are right about it being heavily political lately, Ahzoh. It is up to Kain on where he leads this thread, and I will not be participating in any more of the political talk here, even should Kain bring it up again. I have no control over where the thread is taken, so that's why I mentioned that I won't be getting into it for a while. I very much do prefer the healing process begin, and not have hatred fester between groups. But it's hard when people bring it up every hour. Confused

If this thread is going to be nothing but politics, then I take my leave of this thread. It was supposed to be about what's up with Kain, not a politics daily blog.  Indifferent
I mean sure, it had politics mixed in, but it was MORE THAN THAT before.

ROFL. I decided to check that SNOPES link. Besides the title reading as "GOP Platform Proposes to Get Rid of National Parks", the underlying boldface text is "The Republican Party platform likely isn't calling for the abolition of all national parks and national forests." and points out that ThinkProgress is fear mongering

Quote:Four days later, ThinkProgress ran that information under the alarmist headline of "GOP Platform Proposes to Get Rid of National Parks and National Forests."

Are Republicans planning to make the abolition of national parks and national forests a policy goal? Probably not.

The platform language quoted by ThinkProgress mentioned only "certain federally controlled public lands"; it didn't specify national parks and forests or reference "all federally controlled public lands":

So selective ThinkProgress is, they again produced a false narrative. Snopes itself relayed that...

Quote:The term "public lands" encompasses much more than just national parks and national forests. The National Park Service only accounts for 12% of the land held by the federal government — agencies such as the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the U.S. Forest Service, and the Fish and Wildlife Service, for example, also oversee large areas of federally owned land.

This being that they were talking about other lands owned by the Nation being returned to State Jurisdiction, not the destruction of National parks.

Oh, and that Breithart article about ThinkProgress being Punked was easily backed up by links to ThinkProgress's idiotic story as well as KCTV7's parody story they thought was true... and one of the Top 10 Hoaxes and Fake Stories of 2014.

Doesn't matter, it's hypocritical to chew out others for using a [insert extremely left-biased news article that commonly provides misinformation] when you used a [insert extremely right-biased news article that commonly provides misinformation], whether it's true or not.

Unrelatedly, I was going over some facebook posts and found this, though it a bit funny: https://www.facebook.com/theLLAG/photos/a.493561587401992.1073741825.100744900016998/1176820779076066/?type=3

Also, these are legitimate concerns that marginalized people are asking about:

Actually, Ahzoh. I think you missed the point of my previous post. I used your totally unbiased Snopes post to show that Snopes itself stated that your ThinkProgress source provided misinformation. I would hope that you only hastily pasted the Snopes link in an attempt to prove yourself correct.

Insofar as my sources, there are plenty I will not trust on the right-wing movement. Do you seriously think I'd trust David Horowitz, Progressives Today, The Blaze or US Herald? Still, I had used sources such as the Huffington Post in the past which is clearly leftist, and you disregarded the material.

I do not disregard the material you provided... oh, let me fix the pic for ya. Should have it in IMG tags if you can.

To be totally honest, I have no issues about these subjects. Women SHOULD have the right to choose. And insofar as all the other issues, let me just state that the title line reads "WE THE PEOPLE...", not we the White Male Heterosexual populous. And to be even more honest, my late brother died of AIDS 20 years ago.

But if it came down to choosing or denouncing an official based upon their track record of dishonesty and track record of bad decisions, the Democratic Party very much chose the wrong candidate to promote. And solely their own fault.

No, more of a concession that Thinkprogress was very much false with a bit of part-truths.

Yes I would totally agree: http://imgur.com/gallery/fVhb4

Shocked  Yeouch.  I think you just summed up 80% of Kain's thread and a hella lotta viewpoints with one click.  With that, I'm gonna go Gazette some more.

HEY, LEMME KNOW WHEN THE SUBJECT CHANGES!!!!

RE: What's up, Kainers?! - Kain Nobel - 11-14-2016

Where would you like me to steer the thread? My life has been very busy and rigidly scheduled as of late, so I have nothing personal to talk about which would be of any entertainment. Things are going good in my little bubble universe but it's so boring, there is no drama or suspense. Well, except in the bedroom, that's been very exciting, but I won't be crass.

I'm very fascinated with the direction of world events right now; geopolitical and economic issues are highly entertaining and I don't know what might happen tomorrow. Are the banks going to shut down by next Tuesday? Will the TSA and National Guard be deployed nation wide soon? Are the media attempting to usher in ethnic cleansing and communism? Is the Obama administration about to have a nuclear exchange with Russia? Are they about to smuggle in terrorists and release them on all these protesters? Will they topple the banks right away, or just wait so they can blame it on the next president?

It feels like every day is one step closer to real life STAR WARS!

...or a real life HUNGER GAMES!

That's probably why I have a hard time taking my eye off the ball. It's like all the world's movers and shakers have gone off their psych meds on the same day and decided to turn into Spawn villains. Nobody is holy, nobody is innocent, they're each covered in filth with souls of dark matter and children's tears. I'm quite literally profiling each and every member of this cabal, from media to government to banking, so I a.) know who to blame when SHTF, b.) can point them all out in a trial by fire, c.) know their secrets, religious beliefs and ideologies, d.) use the personality of these poor souls to torment them in future works of dark fiction.

Meanwhile, I put these clowns in the basket of deplorables...

Please steal this image and meme the hell out of it, these people are hateful and disgusting. They hide behind the title of social democrats and progressives but their utopian fantasy leans more towards the hammer and sickle. Their rhetoric is dangerous and is going to get lots of people hurt or possibly killed from them running their mouth. If it doesn't stop soon, the FBI better get busy with issuing subpoenas and arrest warrants.

With the fact that the economy is about to crash and burn, the big agenda is to get everybody fighting with each other early before the banks shut down. This has been a long time coming and they would rather us blame ourselves and each other, perhaps even Russia, instead of the ones truly involved. It matters not which of the two puppets they were about to put into office, protests and riots were planned as far back as five years ago at the very least.

There is a lot of treasonous cloak and dagger shit going on right now and it seems like it may accelerate soon. Don't take your internet for granted, the window of mass communication and self enlightenment could close tomorrow. It's never too late to take the blue pill and bury your head in the sand.

Have you realized yet that you're staring in a movie? Yes, YOU! You're staring in a movie right now! Be ready for lots of fighting and explosions, with an all star cast of exceptional people from all around the world! The best of the best and the worst of the worst star in...

REALITY!

In theaters now.

*Eats popcorn*

Lighten up, everything will be alright.

RE: What's up, Kainers?! - Ahzoh - 11-14-2016

This story is completely fake, but it's rather funny:
http://britishasiansuk.com/pakistani-news-channel-claims-donald-trump-was-born-in-pakistan-as-dawood-ibrahim-khan/

"Lighten up, everything will be alright."
Again, the people without all of the privileges disagree.

RE: What's up, Kainers?! - Kain Nobel - 11-15-2016

Just in case you thought I was kidding and using "rhetoric" against leftist media outlets, saying they're the biggest racists in the game, CNN is being hit with yet another racial discrimination lawsuit. When they're not hating whites, they're treating their black employees like trash behind the scenes too. I can't wait until this disgusting excuse for a news organization finally implodes into the dustbins of history like Glenn Beck.

I'm heading out with the family to Mexico for thanksgiving next week. Enjoy the meltdown, perhaps it will fizzle out soon. If it doesn't, you'll probably understand Ukraine a little bit better by this time next year.
