I need help in how to boot my linux onto my computer from my USB key.
These are the screens I get;
This is the POST screen:

The heck is WinFast? And from the looks of it, your machine is too old to know how to boot from a usb key. Can you burn a cd and boot from that?

The boot screen shows 2005, so yeah, 10 year old computer.

Maybe I could burn it onto CD, but then it would be permanent, but I just want the Linux so I could access my Window's system32 folder and delete/replace that corrupted file that it is in one of those pictures above.

um, did you check your bios for your boot options? also, often to boot from a usb key, you need to hit a special key during bootup, for instance, on HP machines, it's F9

I have, and some of the options are USB-FDD or something.
I tried to hit every single f-key and esc I could.
I also realized that some of my keyboards function keys aren't working.
